Mrs. Robert’s* anxiety makes falling asleep for her difficult. She devised a plan to aid her in the process: She either listens to the Ki Tov Hashem news station or to The Bitachon Hotline songs and finds herself melting into rosy dreams. She actually appreciates the fact that she has anxiety because it gives her the impetus to listen to the Ki Tov Hashem news station and to The Bitachon Hotline songs. This Friday night (on Shabbos, one isn’t allowed to make phone calls), she had to devolop a second plan. She thought about how much Hashem had hugged and kissed her that day and how much He had showered her with love the whole day, and with that, she fell asleep!
