Daily Bitachon #1740

Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline.  This story was called in by Mrs. Mordowitz. Mrs. Mordowitz said over that in the beginning of last week, she brought two of her sons’ Shabbos suits to the cleaners to get cleaned for Shabbos. She had in mind to pick them up earlier in the week. It was a frum cleaners and on Friday they close at 2:00 sharp. Then she totally forgot about it! It skipped her mind! When her son was get}ng ready for Shabbos on Friday afternoon, it was already 2:40, and her son asked her for his suit! She said, “Oh! I’m so sorry! I forgot it by the cleaners! Let me go right now. But one second, the cleaners closes at 2 and now it’s already 2:40. What are the chances of it being open now? Actually, there are really no chances because they are very makpid. It’s a frum store and they close at 2:00.” Then she said, “One second. I’m going to drive there and the whole way I’m going to play the song, ‘Hakol Yachol.’” As she was driving, she was thinking to herself, “If there would be someone in the cleaners, 45 minutes after they close; a frum cleaners Erev Shabbos; it would take a Rebbeshe mofeis! Am I really deserving of such a mofeis?” Then she said, “One second. I heard many stories on ‘A Life with Bitachon,’ many similar cleaners stories. When a person lives with Emunah and Bitachon and realizes that it’s not people running the world, it’s Hashem; it’s a different set of laws; its a different Shulchan Aruch!” With that, she continued going with that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol, and He can do everything and anything. She got to the cleaners, and she saw that the lights were closed. The shutters of the cleaners were all closed. She got out of her car, and she said, “I’m going to go with Emunah and Bitachon. I’m just going to look inside.” She saw that there was nobody inside the store. There was nobody around. She thought, “What should I do now? But, Hashem is the Kol Yachol. I’m just going to walk back to my car and believe that Hashem can do everything and anything.” While she got into the car, all of a sudden, she saw a different car pull up right next to her, and a yid came out. He said to her, “I’m the owner of the cleaners. I saw you just coming away from the store. Do you need anything?” She said, “Are you serious?? I need to pick up two of my sons’ suits for Shabbos.” He said: “I’ll tell you the truth. Something just popped into my head that I should come to the store to drop something off at this exact second. I pulled up and I saw you leaving. I’m so happy to make you happy! I’ll open up the store and one, two, three, take

Phone Charged with Bitachon

Morah Rachel* from Houston said that one of her students came in and said, “Morah, I just had a most unbelievable story! I was trying to charge my phone, but the charger was broken, and it wasn’t charging. I kept trying, but nothing worked. Then I remembered the stories I always hear on a Life with Bitachon. I said, “Oh, it’s Hashem, it’s not the charger,” and I tried again, and this time it worked!”

Bag found- with Bitachon

R’ Yitzchak*, a Rebbi from one of the Southern cities in Eretz Yisrael, shared that his son went on a trip with a friend. During the trip, they left their bags on a bench. When they came back, the bags were stolen. In their bags were many important things, passports, wallets, money. His son came home very down. He was devastated. R’ Yitzchak started telling his son: “Don’t give up, believe that Hashem can return it.” That Shabbos, he spoke a lot about Emunah. He kept telling his son that Hashem is Hakol Yachol. He told him to think positively, that anything could happen. Hashem could make the person who took the bags regret his actions and return it. He told him that any positive thought can bring a tremendous Yeshuah, so they should not give up. Motzei Shabbos after he came home from Shul, his daughter told him excitedly that someone found their bag. Everything was in it! All they have to do is go to the police station and pick it up! He said that realizing that thoughts of Emunah can turn around, even a seemingly hopeless situation, was an even bigger Metzia than finding the bag itself! Stress Disappears with Bitachon

A Talmid came to visit me and he said that he has been following the “A Life of Bitachon” hotline for three years, and it changed his life! Recently, he was going with his family to the airport. When they arrived they were told that they came too late and they couldn’t go on the plane. Previously, he would’ve been frustrated, upset and stressed, but because he listens to ‘A Life with Bitachon’ hotline, everything “goes his way”, because whatever Hashem does is called “his way!” [R’ Zevy Golombeck] Read more: Bitachon #206

Avi Weissfeld* went to an Avos U’banim learning program on Chol Hamoed Pesach. Each child received a kite. He was very excited because he loved to fly kites. “Hashem was Guiding Me”

I have a daughter with lots of medical issues. We are constantly seeing different doctors and specialists. For some reason insurance has been denying our claims for the past two months. I have called the insurance many times and gotten nowhere. We had lots and lots of frustration just spending hours and hours on the phone with the insurance company without being helped. Finally, one day as I picked up the phone to call insurance and I said “Hashem you’re a Kol Yachol. You can do anything! Please, it’s so easy for you to just guide me to the right person that could just help me figure out the issue.” I spent twenty minutes on the phone. The lady got me a supervisor on the phone who really figured out the problem and took care of the issue for me. I felt that it was really Hashem guiding me to the right person. Thank you Hashem!
