Chaim Leib Pam was driving his car in the middle of no man’s land, and he realized that his car was running out of gas! There was no Chaveirim around and no yidden to help him. He felt so stuck! He was thinking, what should he do now? Then finally, his car came to an abrupt stop. It jusdidn’t go anymore. It was totally out of gas. He saw a non-Jew walking by, so he stopped him and asked him if there were any local gas station where he could go buy gas. The non-Jew responded, “Well, nothing within walking distance. So sorry.” The non-Jew went on his way. Chaim Leib thought to himself, “What should I do? I feel stuck.” Then he started thinking about all the yesodos and stories he heard on a Life with Bitachon. Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol and He can do everything and anything. He said to himself, “Do I really believe that? Do I really feel that? I’m in the middle of no man’s land, yehupitzville. No Yidden, no Chaveirim, my car has no gas, and it’s not walking distance to the gas station.” Then he thought, “I guess I’ll have to call AAA.” He called them and asked them if they could send him gas. They said, “Yes, but it’s going to take a very long time.” Chaim Leib really didn’t want to wait such a long time. He really wanted it right away. He decided to be mechazek in Emunah and Bitachon. Chaim Leib was thinking, “Even though I have a hard time believing it, I’m just going to say the words. Hashem, You can do everything and anything, whether I feel it or not! I’m leaving it all up to you.” A short time later, he saw the non-Jew he had spoken to earlier parking his car right next to him. The non-Jew told him, “Remember you were asking for gas, and I said there’s none within walking distance? Well guess what? I live right here, and I drove my car to the gas station! A very chashuve yungerman, R’ Fisher, had a friend who came to him frequently to unburden himself. “What should I do? I have a daughter in the parsha of shidduchim for so long, and we’re not even getÝng any names! There’s nowhere to even start from!” This friend used to come over to R’ Fisher all the time, and he didn’t know what to answer him. His heart went out to him. He felt terrible! One day, he was listening to story on ‘A Life With Bitachon’ about Rabbi Trenk. An older girl came to Rabbi Trenk and said, “Rebbe, what should I do? I’m in the parsha of shidduchim already for so long! No names are coming in. I feel so alone; I feel abandoned. What am I supposed to do with these emotions and feelings?” Rabbi Trenk went to get a becher, and he went to get some wine. He filled up the becher, and he made a bracha with the tune used during sheva brachos! “Baruch atah Hashem elokenu melech haolam boreh pri hagafen!” He drank the wine, and he said, “Mazel tov! It’s ofÏcial!” It didn’t take too much longer, a couple of days, and a name was suggested! A couple of weeks later, she became a kallah! After R’ Fisher heard that story, he told his friend that he knows what he can do for him. “You know what? I can help you!” His friend said, “Really?? I’ll do anything! Tell me what to do!!” R’ Fisher answered him, “Let’s start dancing as if we’re at the chasunah! As if you’re marrying off your child right now!!” They broke out in a dance, and they started singing chasunah songs! They felt such simcha! They felt Hakadosh Baruch Hu mamesh bringing the yeshua! R’ Fisher said that the next day, his friend came over and said, “You won’t believe what just happened! Within 24 hours we got a name! Mrs. Eisen from Eretz Yisrael recently had a new baby. She really very badly needed a stroller, and she was trying to figure out how she was going to get herself a new stroller. It would be very expensive. Then she was thinking, “One second. I can go to straight to Hakadosh Baruch Hu. I can go straight to the Ribbono Shel Olam. He’s Hakol Yachol. He’s the one in charge of getÝng strollers, and if Hashem is in charge, Hashem can give it to me door to door service, free of charge, without me paying a penny! From where, from when, from how? I don’t have to figure it out. I just have to go straight to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribbono Shel Olam and believe that He can send me a brand new stroller, in perfect condition, free of charge.” The next day, her sister called her up and said, “I just came back to Eretz Yisrael from America, and I was taking a transfer flight. I had a stopover in England for four hours, and my stroller was supposed to be given to me for the stopover, but they accidentally shipped the stroller directly to Eretz Yisrael! I asked them what I should do, and they told me that because it was their mistake, they’re going to give me a brand new stroller, mine to keep and enjoy! I don’t really need the stroller they gave me. I already have a beautiful stroller, and now I have an extra one. Would you like it?” Mrs. Eisen said, “Are you serious?? Just yesterday I was wondering how I could get a new stroller! Every week, Mrs. Holstein from Cleveland sends out a package. She leaves it by her door to be picked up by the delivery man, who brings it to where it has to go. Without fail, every single time he comes to pick it up, hdeo es it brigth and early in the morning. By 7 o’clock, it’s already picked up. Therefore, she always prepared the package the night before. One morning, she woke up and realized, “Uh-oh. I forgot to get the package ready. I’m not going to be able to get it ready until 9:30. The delivery man comes by 7 o’clock every single time without fail. What should I do now?” Then she said, “One second. Who’s in charge of when the delivery man should come? Is it up to him? Does he decide his own schedule? It’s Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam! Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol. He can do everything and anything.” With that, she decided to get the packageready for 9:30. She said, “Hashem, I’m sending YOU the package! I’m relying on YOU that You’re going to be mesader it and take care of it that it’ll be picked up and brought to the right place.” She put it outside her front door at 9:30, and a minute later she got a message from the delivery man. He wanted to go back to Yerushalyauim. He was trying to figure out how to get a ride home. He had a baby with him, and packages. Then he thought, “One second, I have a private driver! Hakadosh Baruch Hu is a Kol Yachol. He can do anything and everything!” People came over to me at the end of the chasunah, “How are you getting home? Who’s picking you up?” I said, “I have a private driver. I walk outside, and he picks me up!” They said, “Who’s this private driver? What’s his name?” He said, “My loving, caring Father, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. He takes care of every step of my life, and I’m going to leave it up to Hashem!” With that, he walked out of the chasunah hall. A yungerman passed by and said, “Where do you need to go? I’m calling a taxi to pick up my parents. They’re going to Beit Shemesh. Is that where you need to go?” So he said, “I’ll tell you the truth. Beit Shemesh is on the way, but really I need to go to Yerushalayim.” This Yid said, “Well better halfway than nothing! You’re invited to go along.” So just like that the taxi picked him up and was bringing him to Beit Shemesh. He was thinking to himself, “How am I going to get the rest of the way? The same private driver-Hakadosh Baruch Hu, can bring me from Beit Shemesh to my house. I’m just going to see how Hashem is going to do it.” As the taxi dropped the parents off at Beit Shemesh, they turned to him and asked him, “Where are you going?” He said, “Yerushalayim.” They said, “Well, we’re going to sponsor your trip, free of charge!” In no time, he got door-todoor service, without paying one penny! When it was time to board the plane, they realized “Uhoh, we forgot the passports! To go home will be an hour, to come back will be an hour. The plane will be long gone. What should we do?” Then they said, “One second. Who’s in charge of bringing the passport here? Hakadosh Baruch is the one in charge and he can make it fly straight to us!” She was then speaking to one of her neighbors, and she mentioned, “We’re at the airport, but we don’t have the passport!” Her neighbor said, “Oh, I have someone in my house who’s on the way to Newark right now! I’ll go into your house, get the passport, and send it right now! You’ll have it in an hour!” Just like that, the passport was delivered, door-to-door service, free of charge! He said he went swimming, and while he was in middle of the swimming pool, he realized that his phone was in his pocket. He was thinking to himself, “I’ve been swimming for fifteen minutes. That means that my phone is waterlogged. What are the chances that my phone will ever work again?” Then he said, “Hashem, I know that everything you do is perfect and amazing. You’re the one in charge of what the status of my phone should be. There’s no such thing as waterlogged.” With that, he went to the end of the swimming pool and put it on the side. Instead of checking to see if it worked or not, he put it on the side until he finished swimming. Then he was thinking to himself, “Before it got waterlogged, the phone wasn’t working properly. Every time, to get it to start working would take time. Now that the phone won’t be working with laws of nature, it will be working with bitachon, Hashem could make it that the phone will start working twice as well as it was working before.” With that, after he finished swimming, he went to look at the phone. It was working perfectly. He shut it off and restarted it, and he saw that the phone was working better than before! This story was called in by Mrs. Widrow. She said one of her children needed to go to the seamstress because they needed something for the next day that needed hemming and fixing. The problem was that it was late at night, and the seamstress closed at 10 pm. By the time they would arrive, it would only be a few minutes before closing. It was at the other end of Lakewood, so driving there would really be a waste of time. Then she realized, “That’s only if I go with laws of nature. If I go with emunah and bitachon, Hashem could do anything and everything.” With that, they travelled to the other end of the Lakewood, and they arrived at 9:56, four minutes before closing. Mrs. Widrow asked, “Can we come in?” The seamstress said, “Sure, of course. What do you need?” Mrs. Widrow showed them. The seamstress said, “Sure, of course. As he left the door, he looked towards the bus stop, which was a couple blocks away, and he saw the bus was already at the bus stop. There were no more people getting on the bus; it looked like it was about to leave. He really needed to get on that bus to be able to get to Cheder on time. He was thinking to himself, “What should I do? The bus is already at the bus stop, and I’m a couple blocks away. It’s going to take me a minute or two to get there.” Then he said to himself, “One second. Who’s in charge of when the bus should leave? It’s not up to the bus driver. It’s up to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. He can do anything and everything. I’m going to start walking, and I’m going to think that it’s Hashem in charge, and Hashem can make it that I’m going to get there with perfect timing.” He was walking, one block after the other, and he saw the bus was just sitting there. He arrived at the bus, he went on, and they told him, “The doors were broken, the bus driver couldn’t close the doors, nothing was working.” Right after he got on the bus, the doors closed without any problems! Is that a problem?” She said, “If you’re okay, then I’m okay.” Mrs. Benjamin said, “Sure, no problem, bring them over at once.” After her sibling brought them, and they were already waiting at the bus stop, she realized, “Uh-oh. Right now I only have money for the bus for me and my kids. I don’t know if I have money for all the other kids. But what should I do? We’re already at the bus stop.” She said, “One second, is it money that gets me places? It’s Hashem Who gets me places. You think it makes a difference if I have enough money, if I don’t have enough money?” She went on the bus with all her kids and all her sibling’s kids. The bus driver said, “The payment machine is broken, so today everyone can come on the bus with a free ride, without having to pay.” She was able to go on the bus with all her children and all her sibling’s children without paying one penny! On the way back, she was thinking again, “I don’t have money for all the kids, so what should I do? I remember from last time, it’s not money that gets me places, it’s Hashem!” Just then, she saw her mother passing by, and her mother said, “Do you need a ride somewhere? This story was called in from Montreal by Mrs. Klein. She had a doctor’s appointment scheduled for a certain time. When she came to the doctor’s office she saw lines out the door. She remembered that in the past when this happened she had to wait for over an hour. She was thinking to herself, she really had a lot of things to do. She didn’t want to sit and wait for an hour. She asked the one behind the desk, “How long will it take? When will it be my turn?” The receptionist said, “I’m sorry, Ma’am, to inform you that you might have to wait a very, very long time. There are many people ahead of you, and there’s nothing for us to do. Just get yourself comfortable to wait for a long time.” As she was walking away from the receptionist, she thought to herself, “What did she just say? There’s nothing for me to do because there’s many people ahead of you, so get comfortable waiting for a long time. Well, I believe that she can’t do anything for me, but that doesn’t mean I have to wait for a long time, because I believe that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is in charge of helping me out and taking care of everything. Once I realize that it’s Hakadosh Baruch Hu, I’m going to have bitachon that they’re going to call me in 1-2-3, and I’m going to be out of the doctor’s office in ten minutes.” She was sitting in her seat, and she said, “Hakadosh Baruch Hu, I’m leaving it up to you.” Just as she said that, they called her name.
