Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by Mrs. Applebaum. Mrs. Applebaum said over that a couple of months ago, someone gave her a post-dated check. She kept it folded up until she was able to cash the check. Finally, the day came. However, the hours of operation at the bank near to her house did not fit with her schedule. She was only able to go when the bank was closed and use the ATM machine. The issue and problem was that this ATM machine is very picky. It only takes a check if it’s straight and that check was a little crumpled after carrying it around for two months. Every time she put it into the ATM machine, the ATM wouldn’t accept it. She came back three times, putÝng it in the ATM machine, but it wasn’t working. She realized that she was going to have to work out her schedule so that she could get to the bank when it was open. As she was on the way to the bank, she got busy with something else and by the time she came, it was already closed. She was thinking, “What should I do? I really want to cash the check.” Then she said, “One second. Who is in charge of cashing the check? You think it’s the ATM machine? It’s up to Hakadosh Baruch Hu. It’s up to the Ribono Shel Olam. Let me be michazek and sing to myself, Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol…” Then she said, “When you go with Emunah and Bitachon, it’s a different set of laws! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by Mrs. Schlesinger. She had to make a flight overseas with her family. The flight was taking off at 5:20, and the boarding gate would close 15 minutes beforehand, at 5:05. They were running very late, and they saw that they were never going to make it. Her husband said that he thinks they are going to have to get the next flight and that they’ll have to wait around. Mrs. Schlesinger said, “No! Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam, is Hakol Yachol. He can do everything and anything! Therefore, even though we’re going to make it there after they close the gate, Hashem can do everything and anything!” With that, they arrived shortly before 5:20. When they came, the security guard said, “Sorry, we already closed the gate! Nothing doing! You’re not going to be able to make this flight, you have to wait for a different flight!” Mrs. Schlesinger was thinking to herself, “Who is in charge?” She started singing to herself, “Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol��” She said, “When you go with Emunah and Bitachon, it’s a different set of laws! It’s a different shulchan aruch! It doesn’t make a difference when you arrive!” While she was thinking these thoughts, all of a sudden, she saw that the pilot came out of the plane and told the security guard, “Please let that couple on.” The security guard said, “I’m so sorry, absolutely not. They came too late, we already closed the gate!” The pilot said, “Well, I checked, and it says you’re only allowed to close it 15 minutes before take-off. I checked my watch, and you closed it 16 minutes before! One minute early! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by Mrs. Lusky. Her son needed to fly to Eretz Yisrael to learn in Yeshiva. She really wanted him to go with someone he knew, with a friend, because it was a stopover flight, and she was concerned for his safety. She made a few phone calls asking around if anyone knows anyone going the same day as her son. Nobody knew of anyone. She didn’t have any choice so they just booked the ticket for her son. She was wondering in the back of her mind that she is very worried and nervous. What should she do? She doesn’t want him to fly all by himself. Her daughter came over to her and said, “Mommy, what’s the issue, what’s the problem. You always say over from ‘A Life with Bitachon’ that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol, and He can work everything out. Just because you couldn’t find anyone for him to go with, Hashem could work it out! Therefore, let’s just go straight to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam, and say “Hakadosh Baruch Hu, I’m leaving it up to You!” Mrs. Lusky said to her daughter, “Wow! You are right! Thank you so much!” The next day, her son came home and said, “Mommy, I just met one of my good friends, and he asked me when I was going. I told him my flight, and he asked me if he can come with me! He said that he also wants to come that day! He asked me for all the information about the airline and the ticket. Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by a very chashuve yungerman whose name is Yehuda Genun. He told his friend how ‘A Life with Bitachon’ changed his life and how he should also get involved with the hotline. How he will experience open bracha, chased and rachamim, and experience yeshuos l’maalah miderech hateva. He said that not long after, his friend came back to him and said, “Thank you so much. I owe you so much hakaras hatov for get}ng me involved with a Life with Bitachon. I just had the most amazing, incredible story that I just experienced first hand. Thank you for get}ng me involved in what it means to live a life with Emunah and Bitachon.” Yehuda said that this friend learns in kollel, and he got a very big bill. He was trying to figure out how in the world he was going to come up with that amount of money to pay the bill. He was thinking, “Maybe I should take a side job and earn that money to pay it? But one second, I don’t want to leave kollel. I want to learn full time! But what should I do? I have a dilemma. I have to pay the bill; is the money going to fly in from the sky?!” Then he said, “One second. If I believe in “Hashleich al Hashem yihavicha,” I can throw my burden and packages onto Hashem, I’m going to give Hakadosh Baruch Hu the bill; Hashem is Hakol Yachol; He has so many ways to pay off my bill!” With that, he said that he is not going to take the side job. It is going to shter his learning. Therefore, he is leaving it up to Hashem to pay his bill in other ways. Later on that day, he got a phone call from a Rav in the city. The Rav asked him, “I have a businessman who just came over to me. He said that he is looking to hire someone to learn with him b’chavrusa. Do you have any extra time to learn with him?” He said, “Sure, of course! It will be my greatest pleasure.” He said he started learning with the businessman. The businessman told him that the reason he is hiring him is because that day he had been listening to a shiur from his Rebbe, and his Rebbe said over that the biggest zechus a person can do to help himself, is hire someone to learn with him! Because of that, he hired the yungerman! The amount of money that the businessman paid him, was the same exact amount of money as much he would have gotten for the side job he was going to take! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. 1745- This story was called in by Mrs. Weiss. She brought her son to the pediatrician. The pediatrician noticed something, and he mentioned to her that he wanted her to get it checked out by a top specialist in Manhattan, to see if it was a concern. However, he said that the issue and problem with this specialist is that he only sees adults. He doesn’t work with children. Therefore, Mrs. Weiss is going to have to call an organization that has pull to be able to help her out. She said, ‘thank you’ and left the pediatrician. She called one of these top organizations that has pull in every area. She told them exactly what she needed. They said to her, “Uh-oh. We know how this doctor works. There’s no way he’s going to let you in. You’re going to need the next level of pull. Call us back later. We have to think of a solution.” Mrs. Weiss put down the phone, and she was thinking to herself, “The doctor says you need a lot of pull, so call the organization. I call the organization, but they say I need the next level of pull. Well, this is all if you go with teva, with nature. I’m going with Bitachon. I’m going to go with bitachon that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol. He can do everything and anything! So what difference does it make what the rules and regulations of the doctor are? When it comes to Hashem, it doesn’t come with rules and regulations.” She called up the specialist’s office herself. The receptionist picked up and asked how she could help. Mrs. Weiss explained the situation. The receptionist said, “Well, guess what. You know how many people tried before you? It’s not nogeiah. He only sees adults. Even with adults, the line is out the door.” Mrs. Weiss asked her if she can just try running it by the doctor. The receptionist said, “If it makes you happy I’ll do you a favor. You should just know that you’re wasting your time!” The receptionist put her on hold. Mrs. Weiss started screaming through the phone, “HASHEM IT’S YOU AND ONLY YOU AND NO ONE ELSE!” Shortly afterwards, the receptionist came back and said, “The doctor said that there are exceptions to every rule! You’ll be the exception! When can we make an appointment for you? In a few months?” Mrs. Weiss said, “Well actually, I wanted it today; as soon as possible.” The receptionist started laughing, “You want it today? We already did you one favor! How many favors do you want?” Mrs. Weiss said, “Can you just run it by the doctor?” She said, “Okay, if it makes you happy!” She put Mrs. Weiss on hold again, and Mrs. Weiss started saying again, “HASHEM IT’S YOU AND ONLY YOU AND NO ONE ELSE!” A minute later, the receptionist came back: “The doctor said you could

Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in all the way from Eretz Yisrael by Mrs. Glick. Mrs. Glick said over that her husband got a call at night that someone needed a very big favor, and off he went to help that other yid. After he finished, he knew he still had to daven maariv and it was very late at night. It was after one o’clock already. He went to Bais Yisrael to look for a minyan. He saw that there was only a couple of other yidden waiting around for a minyan. He waited for over 20 minutes. Nobody was coming. He didn’t know what to do. It looked like it simply was not nogeiah. He called his Rebetzin and said, “What should I do? I already waited for over 20 minutes and nobody is coming! Actually, the ones that are here are saying that they’re going to leave any minute. What should I do?” She said, “Very simple. I’m going to have Bitachon that Hashem is the Kol Yachol. In no time, you’re going to see that He is going to bring a minyan! Have no worries, have no fears!” One minute later, another yid walked in, then another yid, and then another yid! Before he knew it, he had the most beautiful and amazing minyan! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by a very chashuve yungerman whose name is Binyomin Pretter. He ordered a package that was delivered by UPS. When he opened the package he saw that it was the wrong item. There must have been some mix up. He called them up and they said that he had to bring it to where they will pick it up from, and then they will deliver a new package. He realized that the place where he had to drop it off was a few blocks away from his house. But it was a very heavy package and he didn’t have a car with him. He was trying to figure out how in the world he was going to bring the package all the way there. He said, “Let me try. He picked it up, brought it out of his house; but after three steps he realized that there was no way he could do it alone. “How am I going to do it?” He thought. “I don’t have a car!” Then he said, “One second. Don’t we all know “hashleich al Hashem yihavicha?” You have a package? Throw it up to Hashem! Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam; He is the one carrying us and carrying the package! I’ll just leave it up to Hakadosh Baruch Hu the Ribono Shel Olam!” As he said this, he saw his brother-in-law passing by with his car. He pulled over, rolled down his window, and said, “I have to take care of errands right here so I’m parking my car. I notice that you have a very heavy package in your hand. Do you want to borrow my car to bring it where you need to go? Here are my keys!” Just like that, from one second to the next, the package was in a car, brought to the station with the best service! Mrs. Auslander said that it was less than two hours before Shabbos, and somebody pulled open the freezer door so hard that it came off the hinges. They weren’t able to close the freezer door. They tried doing this and that; taking off this and put}ng this back Sparkle Neshama Wash Clean out your Aveiros! Wash away Yesurim! Wipe away all dirt! Save yourself a trip to Geheinom Looking forward to serving you! on… No matter how much they tried, the freezer door wasn’t going back on. They decided, “We will all be mechzek, and say that the only way to get the freezer door back on is by realizing that it’s Hakadosh Baruch Hu the Kol Yachol. He can do everything and anything.” This time they tried again, but it still wasn’t closing. It was gettng closer and closer to Shabbos. They didn’t know what to do! They couldn’t keep the freezer door open the whole Shabbos, it was full of food! What was going to be?? Then they said, “One second. We understand and realize what’s going on! Hakadosh Baruch Hu wants MORE bitachon from us; by realizing that we can’t do anything. There is nothing we can do to help the freezer door! It’s only YOU Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam! From start to finish and everything in between!” They were mechazek more in bitachon, and then they said, “Okay now let’s go try closing it!” This time they just pushed it closed and it fit back in perfectly!! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by Mrs. Mordowitz. Mrs. Mordowitz said over that in the beginning of last week, she brought two of her sons’ Shabbos suits to the cleaners to get cleaned for Shabbos. She had in mind to pick them up earlier in the week. It was a frum cleaners and on Friday they close at 2:00 sharp. Then she totally forgot about it! It skipped her mind! When her son was get}ng ready for Shabbos on Friday afternoon, it was already 2:40, and her son asked her for his suit! She said, “Oh! I’m so sorry! I forgot it by the cleaners! Let me go right now. But one second, the cleaners closes at 2 and now it’s already 2:40. What are the chances of it being open now? Actually, there are really no chances because they are very makpid. It’s a frum store and they close at 2:00.” Then she said, “One second. I’m going to drive there and the whole way I’m going to play the song, ‘Hakol Yachol.’” As she was driving, she was thinking to herself, “If there would be someone in the cleaners, 45 minutes after they close; a frum cleaners Erev Shabbos; it would take a Rebbeshe mofeis! Am I really deserving of such a mofeis?” Then she said, “One second. I heard many stories on ‘A Life with Bitachon,’ many similar cleaners stories. When a person lives with Emunah and Bitachon and realizes that it’s not people running the world, it’s Hashem; it’s a different set of laws; its a different Shulchan Aruch!” With that, she continued going with that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol, and He can do everything and anything. She got to the cleaners, and she saw that the lights were closed. The shutters of the cleaners were all closed. She got out of her car, and she said, “I’m going to go with Emunah and Bitachon. I’m just going to look inside.” She saw that there was nobody inside the store. There was nobody around. She thought, “What should I do now? But, Hashem is the Kol Yachol. I’m just going to walk back to my car and believe that Hashem can do everything and anything.” While she got into the car, all of a sudden, she saw a different car pull up right next to her, and a yid came out. He said to her, “I’m the owner of the cleaners. I saw you just coming away from the store. Do you need anything?” She said, “Are you serious?? I need to pick up two of my sons’ suits for Shabbos.” He said: “I’ll tell you the truth. Something just popped into my head that I should come to the store to drop something off at this exact second. He said that a Yid called him up and asked if he could pick him up at 3:00 because he has a doctor’s appointment an hour away. He asked him, “What time is your doctor’s appointment?” The Yid answered, “At 3:00.” He said to him, “Is this some kind of joke or something? You want me to pick you up at 3:00 for an appointment that’s an hour away and the appointment is at 3:00? When will the doctor’s office close? When is the last appointment?” He said, “The office closes at 3:00. But don’t worry, I’ll explain to you while I’m in the car.” He picked him up and he asked him, “Right now it is 3:00, is the doctor’s office open? I thought it closes at 3:00! So I told him, “Try calling.”The Yid called, and he got the answering machine. It said, “We are closed now.” He said to the Yid, “Why am I bringing you an hour away to a doctor appointment that’s at 3:00 and you’re the last appointment; it closes at 3:00; and it’s already 3:00!” He said, “You start driving and I’ll explain it to you.” While he was driving, he said: “Do you know why? Because I’m going with Emunah and Bitachon. I’m going with Hashem, Who is the Hakol Yachol. While you drive me, let’s sing together. Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol…” Throughout the whole way to the doctor’s office they were singing Hakol yachol over and over; thinking that it’s Hakadosh Baruch Hu Who is the only one in charge. It’s not the doctor’s office, it’s not the clock, it’s only Hashem! When they arrived there at 3:55, they went to the doctor’s office. They come in and the doctor says, “Sure! Come right in! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by Mrs. Goldstein. Mrs. Goldstein said that she has an old refrigerator. It was looking like it was starting to go. It was giving her different issues and problems. She called the technician, and he said, “Yes, it means it’s time to get a new refrigerator. It’s not going to last too much longer in this condition.” One day, it stopped working completely. There was no noise, no sign of life; it simply was not working. So she thought, “Okay! It’s time to get a new refrigerator!” Then she stopped and she said, “One second. Who made the refrigerator work up until now? You think it’s because you plug it into the outlet and boom the refrigerator goes on? No! It’s because Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam, is the one in charge of making refrigerators work. So if it’s Hashem in charge of making refrigerators work, you think for Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam, it makes a difference if it’s new or if it’s old? You think it makes a difference if it’s on the go? For Hashem, it makes no difference any condition, any situation. I’m just going to take out the plug, and I’ll plug it back in with Emunah and Bitachon.” This time, she plugged it in with Hakol Yachol, realizing that it’s Hakadosh Baruch Hu who is in charge of making the refrigerator work. She said that once she is coming with Emunah and Bitachon, now she can rely that it is going to work better than it ever did, with no issues and no problems! She plugged it in and right away she heard noises! The refrigerator gave a sign of life! She said it’s already a month, and it’s working perfectly with no issues and no problems! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline. This story was called in by Mrs. Gold. Mrs. Gold said that she needed to make a doctor’s appointment for two of her children. She called the doctor’s office and asked if they had any appointments for that day. They said, “If you want, we can give you only one appointment.” She said, “I really need for both of my children.” They said, “If you want you can bring in one child today, and one child tomorrow, but there’s no way we can squeeze them both in today. It’s simply not shayach.” Mrs. Gold thought to herself, “I don’t really want to go on two different days. I want them to be at the same time! Isn’t that much easier? Who is in charge if they can take both of my children at the same time, or on two different days? I’m going to be mechazek that Hashem is Hakol Yachol, He can do anything. He can make it work out!” As she was speaking to the secretary, she said that they just got a phone call right now that someone canceled; right around the same time as the appointment for your child!
