This story was called in all the way from Eretz Yisrael by a very chashuva Yid, whose name is Yaakov Hai. He said that he knew of a bachur that really needed a place for Shabbos. He was looking for a seuda. R’ Hai had the perfect seuda for this bachur. But the issue and problem was that he forgot the bachur’s name! He didn’t remember who he was, and therefore, he wasn’t able to contact him. R’ Hai looked through his phone contacts, hoping that maybe he would remember the bachur’s name that way, but none of the names rang a bell. He was trying to figure out what to do. He really wanted to call him and tell him that he had a seuda for him, but he forgot his name! Then he said, “I know what I’m going to do! I’m going to realize that it’s all Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribbono Shel Olam! He’s Hakol Yachol. He can make it that I’ll be able to remember the bachur’s name! With that, I’m going to do an exercise of Emunah and Bitachon, and I’ll call the Life with Bitachon.” He called the story section, section number 2, and he heard a whole story about Yisrael Nussbaum. He said to himself, “Oh! That’s the bachur’s name! His name is Nussbaum!” With that, he was able to go back to his contacts and see that… yes! He has his number! In no time he was able to get in contact with the bachur and help him get the best seuda! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. Read more: Daily Bitachon #1704

Mrs. Birnhack was coming home after a long day at work. She was thinking to herself, “You know what I’m in the mood of right now? The most delicious, scrumptious bowl of salad, cut up with all different types of vegetables. I don’t have the energy and the koach now to go get all those vegetables and start making a salad for myself, but one thing I do know! Even though I don’t have the koach for it, I know that Hashem has always been taking care of me every step of my life. Hashem is the one that gives me all my needs. Therefore, I know Hakadosh Baruch Hu will take care of me.” Shortly afterwards, a neighbor called her up and asked her if she’s interested right now in the most delicious, scrumptious, fresh, cut up salad with all different types of vegetables. Mrs. Birnhack said, “Yes! How do you know? Why do you ask?” Her neighbor answered, “I’ll tell you the truth. I’m not the type to cut a whole bowl of salad for myself. I don’t usually get around to do it. Today, I was just in the mood to do it. I went around getÝng all different types of vegetables, and I cut up a salad. Afterwards, I realized that it’s a lot of portions. On top of that, I realized that I don’t even have such an appetite to eat. It’s not worth it to save it for tomorrow, because it’ll get soggy. I was wondering what should I do with all this salad that I just cut up; I don’t really have what to do with it. I decided I would call you to see if it’s something you would be interested in.” In no time, Mrs. Birnhack got the salad; exactly what she wanted and what she was dreaming of, delivered to her, with the best service! Mrs. Padower has a son learning in yeshiva. Before he left one morning, he told his mother that one of his teeth were hurting him. He asked her if she was able to schedule him a dentist appointment for that day. He only wanted to go bein hasedarim. He didn’t want to go during seder time. She said to her son, “I understand that you want to go only during bein hasedarim, and that you want an appointment right away. However, the dentist doesn’t run around YOUR schedule. We have to go around the dentist’s schedule. Beggars can’t be choosers. Therefore, what are the chances that you can get an appointment today? Even if you can, what are the chances that it will be for exactly when you want it?” Then she said, “One second. That’s when you go with teva, with laws of nature; that they’re the ones in charge of giving out appointments. But if I believe that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is the one who makes appointments and He’s the one in charge, then I’m just going to leave it up to Hashem and say, ‘Hashem, You’re Hakol Yachol. I want an appointment today, and during bein hasedarim.’” With that, she called up the dentist and had in mind that really she is talking to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. She asked if they had any available slots for today. The secretary said, “Sure, we just got an opening for 3 o’clock! Would you like to come?” Mrs. Padower answered, “That’s exactly perfect! That’s smack in middle of bein hasedarim!!” With that, they got the perfect appointment, strictly during bein hasedarim. He was able to go back and forth and not miss learning! This story has been called in by a chashuva yid, by the name of R’ Avrumi Waldman. He was waiting at the airport to get a flight back to Lakewood. The lines were out the doors. It looked like he was going to have to wait a couple of hours. By the time it was going to come his turn, the plane would be long gone! But he really wanted to go home already! He was trying to figure out what he should do. Then he said, “One second. Who’s in charge of making sure I catch my flight? My loving, caring father Hakadosh Baruch Hu the Ribbono Shel Olam. If Hakadosh Baruch Hu is in charge, He’s Hakol Yachol. He can do everything and anything. Ahh, the line looks like its going to take hours? This story was called in by Rabbi Gross. Rabbi Gross said that he was going to Eretz Yisrael together with his Rebbetzin and their little baby. When they were boarding the plane, he asked if he could have a bassinet seat for the baby. They responded, “Sorry, all the bassinet seats are already taken. Besides for that, there are ten people in front of you that asked first. There isn’t even a chance.” After hearing their response, his Rebbetzin turned to him and said, “Don’t worry. It’s not up to them. They’re not in charge. We always hear on ‘A Life with Bitachon’ that Hashem runs the world, not them.” Rabbi Gross told her, “But practically speaking, realistically, they said all the seats are taken and there are ten people in front of us. So where do you think the bassinet will fall from? The sky?” His Rebbetzin said, “Yes! With Hakol Yachol, that’s what happens!!” As they were going on the plane, the one in charge came over to them and told them that he’s sorry, but they have to change their seats. Where were their new seats? Right in back of business class, where there was a beautiful bassinet, ready for them, waiting for them to put the baby in!! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. This story was called in by Mrs. Schwartz. She said over that she’s making a chasunah very soon. She needed $20,000, but she had no idea where she could come up with that type of money. On top of that, her tenant just told her that they planned on leaving that month. That meant a loss of income, because she didn’t have time right then to start looking for another tenant. What was going to be? Then she decided that she’s going to tell her family, “Do you know who’s making this chasunah? Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribbono Shel Olam. Do you know who is taking care of all our needs? Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribbono Shel Olam. Therefore, we should only chap and realize that Hashem is taking care of us, and he’s paying the bill! Where is the money going to come from? You will see, kinderlach. It’s going to start flying in! Where, when, why, I have no idea. I’m just going to leave it up to Hashem.” All of a sudden, the phone rang. Somebody called up and said, “I know your tenant is leaving. I would love if I could have the apartment. Can I take it over? If you agree that I can take it over, I’ll give you money up front in cash right now. I’ll come over 1, 2, 3.” She said, “Are you serious?” He said, “Yes! This story was called in by Mr. Rabinowitz. He said that there was a blockage in the pipes leading to his washing machine, and the washing machine wasn’t working properly. His wife called a repairman to come fix it. When she told him how much the repairman charged, he realized that he could have gotten a different repairman for half the price. At first he was thinking, “What a waste of money. I know someone who can do the same job for much less.” Then he stopped in his tracks and said, “One second. I follow a Life with Bitachon. I chap and realize that where does money come from? It comes from Hakadosh Baruch Hu. It comes from the Ribbono Shel Olam. So the amount of money we spent on this repairman, Hashem has many ways to give it back. From where, from when, how? I don’t have to figure out eitzos, I just have to believe that Hashem is Hakol Yachol, and He’ll give us back the money 1, 2, 3!” With that, he was perfectly okay and fine with his wife getting that repairman because he knew it didn’t make difference anyway. Hashem would pay him back. Later on that day, his wife came home from work and said that someone came over to her and gave her money. They said, “You did a service for me. I want to show you hakaras hatov.” Do you know how much money it was? The exact amount, to the dollar, of how much they spent on the repairman. In no time, they got every last dollar back! This story was called in from Ramot Alef in Eretz Yisrael by Mrs. Goldberg. She said over that she is a seamstress. We all know that before Yom Tov is one of the busiest seasons; people are coming nonstop. “Could you hem this? Can you fix this?” As it was getting closer and closer to Yom Tov, she was making more rules and more rules, until she decided that she wouldn’t take any new clothing unless it was something simple As Yom Tov got even closer, she said, “Sorry! No more clothing! I have to get everything back to all of my customers before Yom Tov, I don’t have time for anything else.” Whoever had already given her stuff would be waiting for a couple of days to get it back. The line was very long. All of a sudden, she got a knock on her door. A lady came in and said, “I have a couple of articles of clothing that need hemming, sewing. Can you do it before Yom Tov?” Mrs. Goldberg was thinking to herself, “No! I can’t do it before Yom Tov, I have no t ime! It’s going to take me too long.” To her own surprise, she said, “Yes, I can do it. I can do it right away, on the spot!” The lady gave her one article, then a second article. Mrs. Goldberg was wondering to herself the whole time, “This doesn’t make sense. Why did I just take it? I don’t have time! Even the people that I already agreed to take their clothes, I don’t do it for them on the spot!” After she finally finished the tailoring, she actually even gave it to her for a cheaper price than usual. It wasn’t adding up! It didn’t make sense. Mrs. Goldberg didn’t understand what was going on. After she gave her back all the articles of clothing, she said, “Can I ask you one question? It doesn’t make sense. I haven’t been taking any more customers; I’ve been turning down so many people. You, not only do I take you; I do it on the spot; and I even give you a cheaper price! Can you tell me what was going on behind the scenes? Why did this happen to me?” The customer said, “I’ll tell you the truth. I woke up this morning, and I said, ‘Yes, I know it’s the day before Yom Tov. But Hashem, I really want something new. Hashem, I really want my clothing to get hemmed and fixed. Hashem, I know You are the only one who is going to be able to do it for me. On top of that, Hashem, I want a good price; I want a cheap price.’ And I just told Hashem this. After I spoke to Hashem, I came to you. I said I want a close seamstress, so I don’t have to run around. No issues and no problems. I want everything to go smooth from beginning to end. I want it to be chick-chock, 1,2,3. Here I am, and guess what! That’s exactly what happened! Chick-chock, 1,2,3, with the best service, best price, everything was superb!” As hear on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. Read more: Daily Bitachon #1677

This story has been called in by a very choshuve yid by the name of Mr. Marvett. His sister just came home and said, “I have to tell you the most amazing Bitachon story that I just experienced first hand. I was shopping in a non-Jewish store and I really needed to get a specific type of item really badly. When I was looking around the store, I saw this item on the side, and I really wanted to buy it. I looked inside my wallet and realized, “Uh-oh! I forgot to bring my money! How am I going to purchase this? I really want it!” Then I said, “One second. You think you need money to purchase something? All you is your loving caring father, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam!” Right then I looked up, and a worker passed by. He asked me, “Would you like that item that you’re looking at?” I said, “Yes of course! But what should I do? I don’t have any money! He replied, “Well, you can have it for free! A few weeks ago, actually someone came to buy it and they left it in the store. I asked my boss what I should do with it, it’s already here for a few weeks. He said, “Keep it on the side, and the first person that asks you for it, give it to that person!” You’re the first person! Here it is, you can have it, free of charge!” In no time, she walked out with exactly what she wanted, with the best service! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. Read more: Daily Bitachon #1676
