Klal Yisrael is amazing! Bitachon is incredible!

Mendy,* a yeshiva bachur, was waiting with his friend for a hitch. Every car was passing by, and no one was giving them a ride. They needed to go to Yeshiva. He told his friend, “You know what the problem is? We’re being Bote’ach in cars. Let’s be mechazek in Bitachon and start singing Hakol Yachol. You’ll see that the next car will pick us up.” The next car passed them and just kept on going. His friend asked him, “What happened with your Bitachon?” He answered him, “Bitachon can make it that it will come around!” Just like that, the car backed up, and the driver said, “So sorry, you know, I noticed you were waiting. I should have picked you up. Wherever you need to go, I’ll give you a ride!” Klal Yisrael is amazing! Bitachon is incredible! [R’ Zevy Golombeck] Read more: Bitachon #48

A Life with Bitachon-A Game Changer

R’ Kaplan’s* wife always listened to the Bitachon hotline, and she always tried to convince him to listen. She kept telling him, “Listen, listen, listen, you’ll be a happier person and it will help you.” He never had time, and he always pushed it off. Two weeks ago, he said to himself, “One second. I really need to help myself. I want to be happy in life.” He started listening to the hotline and he said, “Wow. I never heard these concepts. It’s a game changer.” He said that a few weeks later, he already sees how he’s bringing it into his life. He gave an example. He went into a store, and he saw that somebody left his tefillin bag. He wasn’t familiar with this name. It was a bachur’s tefillin, and he didn’t know how he was going to return it to him. Then he said, “I’m having Bitachon. Within a couple minutes, either the one who lost it or somebody who knows him will come by and I’ll be able to return it to him.” A minute later, a father walked by with his son, and they saw him standing next to the tefillin. They asked him, “Whose tefillin is this?” The yungerman told them that he doesn’t know. They said, “We know this person, and if you want we can return it to him!” Just like that! Hashem orchestrated it! Read more: Bitachon #46

Hashem- The Ultimate Pull!

R’ Katz* was trying to get his child into a certain Mossad. People said, “There’s a waiting list out the door. You need a lot of pull to get in. It’s not practical. Even people with pull couldn’t get in.” R’ Katz said, “One second. If we have no pull, then let’s use Hashem’s pull.” They applied, and the school said that they would put them on the bottom of the list but that they shouldn’t even think it’s possible because there are 100 people before them. The next day, the school called them up and said, “Okay, come for an interview.” R’ Katz asked them, “Aren’t we the last on the list?” They said, “You’re right, we made a mistake. We looked at the bottom of the list instead of the top, but once we called you, we called you.” They got in!!! Amazing Hashgacha Pratis! [R’ Golombeck]   Read more: Hashem’s Endless Kindness!

Hashem is our Loving, Caring Father

Mrs. Strauss* is a playgroup Morah. She has an assistant, and she has to pay her on the first of the month. She uses the money that the parents give her to pay her assistant. The problem was that most of the parents were late with their payments, and she wasn’t able to come up with the amount of money that was needed to pay the assistant. She asked her husband what she should do. He said, “Well, we follow ‘A Life with Bitachon,’ and it says that Hashem is our loving, caring father. He took care of us up until now, He’ll forever take care of us. I’m not worried.” Right afterwards, there was a knock on the door. Somebody owed them money from a long time ago, and they came to pay it up! It was the exact amount they needed for their assistant!  (Rabbi Golombeck) Read more: Bitachon #44

Bitachon Opens Bike Lock

R’ Chaim Gross* just bought a new bike lock. He set up a combination number and he locked the bike. Later on, when he was trying to open it, he realized that he had forgotten the combination that he had just set, and he didn’t know what to do. He was fiddling and playing with it, but it wasn’t opening. R’ Chaim’s wife made a suggestion: “I will sing Hakol Yachol.” He tried a code, but it still didn’t work.  So his wife said, “Oh, I probably need more Bitachon!”  She started singing again ‘Hakol Yachol,’ and halfway through, the bike lock opened up!!
