This story was called in by a very chashuva yid by the name of Shlomie Bornstein. He said that he needed to get a new pair of shoes. He went to the shoe store and asked the worker, “I’m a size 8 1/2 and I want the same pair of shoes I have right now, do you have that?” The worker responded, “Sorry, not a chance. We’ve been out of 8 1/2 for a long time. The best I can give you is a size 8, but we don’t have anymore 8 1/2.” So Shlomie was thinking, “One second, you think just because the worker man said there’s no 8 1/2 in stock, I can’t get the size I need? Hashem’s the Kol Yachol. He can do everything and anything. He can make the exact size I need appear out of nowhere.” With that, he told the worker man, “Listen, you go get whichever pair is the closest to my size, and I’ll go have bitachon. Hashem is the Kol Yachol and can work everything out. So you do your part and I’ll do my part.” The worker said, “Sure, if that’s what you want.” He went and grabbed a shoe box saying size 8 on it, and before Shlomie opened it up, he said, “Hashem, You’re the Kol Yachol, you can make the shoes fit perfectly.” He opened it up and put on the shoes and they fit perfectly. He looked at the shoes and saw it said size 8 1/2! He turned to the worker man and said, “See, size 8 1/2.” The worker man said, “Wait, how’s that possible? I thought we ran out of size 8 1/2. But one thing we do know is that the shoes you’re wearing are size 8 1/2!” Read more: Daily Bitachon #1828

This story has been called in from Cleveland by Mishpachos Holstein. A couple of her children asked her, “Mommy, could you please get us a treadmill? We would really enjoy it so much.” She responded, “Right now it’s not a good time for me to get it for you. But you should understand and realize that even though it’s not a good time for me to get it for you, Hakadosh Baruch Hu is a Kol Yachol; He can do everything and anything, and therefore they can go straight to the Source, go straight to the Boss, HaKadosh BoruchHu, the Ribbono shel Olam Himself.” With that, her family said, “Okay, HaKadosh BoruchHu, we’re going to You. You’re the Kol Yachol.” Later on, she was driving her car, and she went down a side street. She saw that sitting at the corner was a treadmill. She looked at a sign on it that said, “Free. Works like new.” She said, “Wow, this is too good to be true!” The person whose it was said, “Sure, I’ll help put it into your car.” In no time, she brought it home. It worked perfectly, Gevaldig and amazing! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. Read more: Daily Bitachon #1613

This story has been called in from Mishpachos Klein from Montreal. Her daughter went to work, and she called her up from work all frantic that one of the machines that she needed in order for her to do her job was not working. “I tried every last technique and trick and Hishtadlus. I restarted it. I pressed this button, I pressed that button. But the machine is not turning on; it’s lifeless. It seems like it’s kaput. I need a technician. Mommy, could you help me out? Is there any way we can call a technician?” She made some phone calls, and they said, “Sorry. Nothing doing before Shabbos. It’s going to take a couple of days.” She told her daughter, “I’m sorry, there’s nothing I can do to help you out.” Later on, all of a sudden, her daughter called back. She said, “Mommy, after I got off the phone with you, you know what I did? I said, ‘What would Mommy do in such a scenario?’ You would stop and be Mechazek that there is no machine that decides to work or not to work. It’s Hashem. He is a Kol Yachol. Hashem is the one doing everything from start to finish and everything in between. With that, I turned on a story from A Life with Bitachon to hear a Kol Yachol story, to be Mechazek me. The second I finished the story, I pressed the button on the machine, and it started working!” As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. Read more: Daily Bitachon #1609
