She thought to herself, “Why do I feel safe in my house? Not because of the floor! It is because Hashem is watching over me. Hashem is watching over me on the airplane too!” She pictured herself being held by Hashem. She had an amazing flight! She actually enjoyed it! Read more: Bitachon Story #356

Bitachon Story of Miracles

Yitzi* went together with his uncle’s family – the Yurkansky’s to the mountains for Shabbos to be by his Bubby and Zeidy. As they were driving back from the country to Lakewood on Motzaei Shabbos very late at night, they slowed down to turn off at an exit. The car behind them kept on going full speed and crashed right into them. The Yurkansky’s car went totally out of control and was spinning in all directions. They came to a stop in the left lane, facing oncoming traffic! They were on the Garden State Parkway with cars going 80 miles per hour and their car wouldn’t move. They couldn’t get out of the way! They were stuck in the middle of the highway with a car full of children – 4 kids and 2 parents. The parents, who follow a Life with Bitachon, said ‘Ein od milvado!’ The first car that was coming toward them saw them and quickly swerved away, and so did the second car, but the third car crashed into them head-on. The onlookers who saw the accident feared the worst – but the passengers all came out of the car, were checked out in the hospital, and within 24 hours, they were all sent home! The Yidden who saw the accident said that there’s no way that they ever saw such a neis in their life that people can come out alive from their car after a head-on crash at 80 miles per hour! It seemed impossible! Hashem showered them with open Rachmanus and Nissim! Read more: Bitachon #268

Hashem Saves the Shabbos Fish!

Daily Bitachon #1817

This story was called in by Mrs. Walter. She was having a lot of company for Shabbos. She called the fish store to see if she could order a fish for all her guests. The store apologized but said they were out of fish. It was erev shabbos, and she was trying to figure out what to do, because she really wanted to serve fish. She knew how they would all enjoy it, but the fish man said there were no more fish. Then she said, “One minute, just because the fish man doesn’t have any more fish doesn’t mean a thing. Hakadosh Baruch Hu is a Kol Yachol. He can do anything and everything. So for Him, there’s no shortage.” While she was being michazek with emunah and bitachon, she heard a knock on her door. It was a person from a tzedaka organization that had hakaras hatov to this lady’s husband, who gave a lot of tzedaka to this organization. He brought them a fish platter! Not only did it have enough fish for her whole shabbos company, but it had so much fish and different types of fish, and it was set up royally, that it was better than she could have done herself!
