Mrs. Rubin,* a teacher in Lakewood, went to the doctor to check her sugar. He said, “It’s very high, it looks like you have diabetes, we’ll do the three hour test just to confirm.” Mrs. Rubin said that it’s her nature to get all nervous and panicky and to call her mother and say it’s so scary and frightening. However, because she heard on ‘A Life with Bitachon’ that Hashem always wants us to be positive and imagine the Yeshua, she decided that the Zechus for her to get a Yeshua would be to not call up her parents and friends that she would have called up, panicking. Bitachon Fixes Credit Card

Mrs. Bloom* wanted to make an order on the phone and her credit card wasn’t working. They tried a couple of times, and then they said, “Sorry, something is wrong with your card.” Mrs. Bloom really needed to make this order. She said to herself, “It’s not the card, it’s Hashem.” Then she asked “Could you try one more time?” They said, “One more time, if it makes you happy,” and they tried one more time, and it went through! R’ Meisels* went for his annual checkup, and the doctor said one of the blood counts of his liver kept on going up higher and higher. He was very concerned. R’ Meisels was very nervous, so he went to R’ Moshe Blumberg from Lakewood, and asked what he should be Mekabel. He told him that he should ask someone every day how they saw Hashem in their life that day. After a few days of doing this, he went back to the doctor, and the doctor said that the blood count went down to a normal level! Read more: Bitachon #225

Mrs. Brown* had allergies and every year it was progressing. Her face was getting affected. It was too much to handle. She went from doctor to doctor but no doctor was able to help them. They said, “Doctors can’t help us, only Hashem is the true doctor.” Later on, they met someone who had the same condition and they told them what worked for them. A Smile is Worth More than all the Money in the World

A Yeshiva Bochur, said that a poor person came to him collecting, but he didn’t have any money to give him. Instead, he gave him a smile and he treated him nicely. He knew that that’s worth more than all the money in the world. Someone else told him that when someone came to him collecting and he didn’t have money, he davened for him that he should have all the money he needed. Read more: Bitachon #223

Sarah* needed to buy something for her child, but she didn’t have any money. She was trying to figure out how she could buy it. All of a sudden, someone knocked on her door and said, “I owe you money from a really long time ago, can I pay you back now?” It was the exact amount of money that she needed! Chaya Davis* lost her memory card from her camera. She thought about all of the positivity from Spring Hill Times and decided to be positive. She kept on repeating out loud, “I accept it. Sarah Speigel* was looking for a job. She was looking high and low, but nothing worked out. She said, “Hashem, I am leaving the rest up to You. I did my Hishtadlus.” Later that night, someone called her up and asked if she was still looking for a job, because she would like to hire her. The location and the hours of the job were perfect! Necklace Returned by Hashgacha Pratis

Mrs. Fried* was with her family in a bungalow colony during the summer. One day, her son was playing in the playground, and he found a necklace. At first, she thought it was a cheap necklace. But when her daughter came home, she said that it was a very expensive necklace. She looked at the necklace, and she said, “I think I know whose it is, I think it’s my friend’s.” It turned out that it was her friend’s. She saw Hashgacha Pratis, that out of the hundreds of people in the bungalow colony, her son found it, so that her daughter would recognize that it belonged to her friend and return it! After the third time of not being successful, he thought to himself, “ What should I do differently?” He said, “I know, I should do it with Hashem!” That’s exactly what he did, and this time, the check went in! The Positive Lie Power

Chaim Schwartz,* a Bochur learning in yeshiva, had difficulty understanding his Rebbi’s Shiur. When anyone asked him how the Shiur was, he would say, “It was Gavaldig, it was amazing. I understood every word!” He wanted to say a positive lie rather than a negative truth, like we say over on the hotline from R’ Avigdor Miller. Since then, he’s been understanding Shiur much better!
