This story has been called in from Eretz Yisrael by Mishpachas Benjamin. One of her siblings asked her, “Can you please do me a favor? I have an appointment today, and I need you to watch my children. Can I bring over my children for you to watch?” Mrs. Benjamin said, “Yes, of course, but I’m just going on the bus, I have to do one errand. Is that a problem?” She said, “If you’re okay, then I’m okay.” Mrs. Benjamin said, “Sure, no problem, bring them over at once.” After her sibling brought them, and they were already waiting at the bus stop, she realized, “Uh-oh. Right now I only have money for the bus for me and my kids. I don’t know if I have money for all the other kids. But what should I do? We’re already at the bus stop.” She said, “One second, is it money that gets me places? It’s Hashem Who gets me places. You think it makes a difference if I have enough money, if I don’t have enough money?” She went on the bus with all her kids and all her sibling’s kids. The bus driver said, “The payment machine is broken, so today everyone can come on the bus with a free ride, without having to pay.” She was able to go on the bus with all her children and all her sibling’s children without paying one penny! On the way back, she was thinking again, “I don’t have money for all the kids, so what should I do? I remember from last time, it’s not money that gets me places, it’s Hashem!” Just then, she saw her mother passing by, and her mother said, “Do you need a ride somewhere? Come, I’ll take you.” Just like that, she got a ride, door-to-door service, without paying one penny! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’.
