This story was called in from Eretz Yisroel a chashuva youngerman named Moshe Weinberger. A few months ago he had a newborn baby. He needed to get a passport for this baby so he could bring his whole family to America for Pesach. People told him, “it’s very late in the game. To get an appointment could take you 6-8 weeks. And finally when you bring in all your documents, they will tell you that you have a problem with this document and that document. And you’ll have to come again. Even then it’ll take so long for the passport to arrive. So don’t get your hopes up too high.” “Well,” he said, “I have to do my part and my hishtadlus.” And with that, he scheduled his appointment. When the day of his appointment came, he brought all his paperwork and they started going through it one by one. They looked at him and said, “I’m sorry to say, but one of these documents is insufficient for us to issue a passport. So you’ll have to reschedule and come back again, then when you have everything we need, we can issue you the passport.” He thanked them and went to the side and spoke to Hashem and said, “Who is in charge of issuing me a passport? You think it’s them? They’re powerless creatures. I know it’s You Hakadosh Baruch Hu. You’re the Kol Yachol, You can do everything and anything. And with that, I’m leaving it to You Hashem. You and only You!” As he was thinking “You and only You!,” they called him over again and said, “You want us to issue a passport for your baby? Sure, no problem! We’ll be so happy to help you.” And just like that, it’s 3 weeks later from the appointment and his passport just arrived in the mail with the best service, better than ever!
