This story was called in by a very chashuva youngerman by the name of Yitzchak Ahron Sternfeld. He said he had to get through to somebody right away; it was very, very important. He needed to ask him for a favor. He was asking around how to reach this person. Everyone told him, “It’s impossible to reach him. The way it works is, you leave a message. He responds only after you leave a message.” But R’ Yitzchak Ahron said, “I really need to speak to him 1,2,3. I don’t have time to leave a message asking him to call me back.” But everyone told him, “This is the way it works. He has a whole system. He has a lot of people running after him. Everyone wants to speak to him, and this is how it works. There’s no beating the system.” Then R’ Yitzchak Ahron stopped and realized, “One second, that’s if you go with teva, you can’t beat the system. But if you go with the emunah and bitachon and you go with the Kol Yachol, Hashem also has a system. Hashem can do whatever you want.” And with that, in no time, Hashem made the person pick up the phone right away, 1-2-3, and help him out, with the best service, better than ever!”
