This story was called in all the way from Beit Shemesh by Mrs. Wiener. She put up a load of laundry, and she only realized after the clothes went through the wash and dryer that her son’s very, very expensive MP3 player was in his pants pocket. Uh-oh. What does that mean? It’s going to be waterlogged. It’s going to be damaged from everything it just went through. She took it out, and she saw it had water inside it. She was thinking, “Uh-oh. My son is not going to be too happy about this. But what should I do now? It’s too late.” They tried to turn it on, but it didn’t go on. She turned to her son, and she said, “Do you know who’s in charge of making this MP3 work? You think it’s a button that you press? You think that because it’s waterlogged, it’s broken and it can’t work? It’s only our loving and caring Father, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Rebono Shel Olam. He’s the Kol Yachol, let’s be Mechazik together.” They started singing, and when they finished, she turned to her son and said, “Now let’s try again.” And this time, it started working!
