The Kohen* family from Eretz Yisrael have a daughter with brain damage. They communicate with her through a computer. One day, out of the blue, she communicated: “Make sure to always follow the Bitachon hotline.” that’s how they got involved in Bitachon hotline! As far as they know, she never even listened to the Bitachon hotline. But she told them, “Always follow Bitachon hotline.”
