Bitachon Babysitter

Mrs. Taub had to bring a package to the post office. As she was driving, she wondered how she would manage. She knew it would be difficult to find parking, and she didn’t really want to schlep her baby into the post office. She decided to leave it up to Hashem. As she was driving, she saw her landlord, Mrs. Stern,* standing at the side of the road. She pulled over to ask what was wrong, and Mrs. Stern told her that her car just broke down. She asked her if she could by any chance get a ride home with her. Mrs. Taub told her that she is on her way home, but she is just stopping by the post office. Mrs. Stern* said, “Oh, sure! A Life with Bitachon- Happy and Lucky

R’ Taub was owed a lot of money. He kept reminding the person who owed the money, but the person was not paying him back.  At first, it was very frustrating and upsetting. Then he said, “Okay, forget it. The point of having money is so that I should have menuchas hanefesh and simchas hachayim. Hashem does not want me to get emotionally involved and angry.” The day he was mekabel to not be angry or upset or think about it again, he got a message that the person was ready to pay him all the money! Hashem Fixes A/C!

It was Erev Shavuos, and the Teitelbaum family from Eretz Yisrael realized that their air conditioner wasn’t working. The Teitelbaums were staying home for Shavuos, and they really needed air conditioning for their Simchas Yom Tov! R’ Teitelbaum called the repairman to fix it. The repairman told R’ Teitelbaum, “Hashem must love you! I am booked solid and it is Erev Yom Tov. Normally, there would be no chance I could help you. I really don’t have any extra time. Hashem arranged it that I just arrived at a house to make a repair, and nobody is answering the door. I’m right next to your house, just waiting here doing nothing, so I’ll just come to you first!” After he fixed their air conditioner, he went back to the job he was really supposed to be doing!   Read more: Hashem Catches Child

He left and said, “Hashem, it’s not up to them, it’s up to You!” When he got home, they called him back and said, “We thought about it. Hashem can untangle Peyos

R’ Roth,* a chashuve Chassidshe Yid from Monsey, said that his son’s long peyos got tangled in a fan.  Everyone was trying to help him get it out. It was so painful, and they didn’t know what to do! After five minutes of trying, R’ Roth said, “One second. We didn’t say Hakol Yachol! Who got the peyos tangled? Hashem!
