Bitachon Keeps Prices Down

R’ Moshe Wienberger, from Yerushalayim Ir Hakodesh, reported that the contract for his lease on his apartment was up, and it was time to renew it. Most landlords go up in rent when renewing a contract, but he and his wife were michazeik in bitachon in Hashem that their landlord was not going to go up in rent.
