Shlomo Greenberg*, a choshuve yeshiva bochur, was having a hard time falling asleep one night. Shlomo felt anxious that he wasn’t falling asleep, because he was worried that he would be tired the next day. This made it even harder to fall asleep! He decided to listen to the song of Rav Don Segal singing “Ein Od Milvado.” As he was listening, he understood that if there is no teva, sleep doesn’t give one strength- it’s all Hashem! With the knowledge that it’s not the sleep that gives him strength, rather it’s only Hashem, he was able to relax. Since he wasn’t anxious anymore, he soon fell asleep!
