R’ Lazar, a chassidish yungerman from Brooklyn, NY who listened to Ki Tov Hashem news station, was on his way to his road test. He told his teacher that he wants the person who’s going to give him the test to be a man. The teacher told him that today there are only going to be women. R’ Lazar said to himself, “It’s all up to Hashem, and I trust in him that he’s going to make sure I’m going to have a man.” When R’ Lazar got to the road test, he was there together with two other yungerleit. They were waiting on line together. They were not able to choose which examiner to get, and those two yungerleit got women examiners. When it came R’ Lazer’s turn, for some reason, they sent him to the back of the line, and he had to wait again. When it came his turn again, he saw he was going to get a woman, but he didn’t give up. He said to himself, “Hashem is going to get me a man.” For some odd reason, the woman did not want to go with him, and he ended up going with a male examiner!
