Mrs. Weber worked at a company which laid off almost all its workers. She was fired. She came home and she told her family that she was out of a job. Her child said, “Mommy, you always teach us the parnassah comes from Hashem. It’s not up to the company to fire you. It’s up to Hashem.” The company later called her back, saying that they wanted to rehire her. Out of all the workers that they fired, they chose her back!
