Daily Bitachon #1820

This story is from Mrs. Golombeck. It was before Pesach, and she wanted to make a day camp for little kids in order to let the mothers clean their houses. She was thinking to herself, “Where am I going to get the kids from? Do I want to start looking for and recruiting kids for my daycamp?” Then she said, “One second, why should I worry about where to get the kids from? Hakadosh Baruch Hu is a Kol Yachol, and He could do everything and anything. He could just send them my way, instead of me having to look for them, they’ll look for me!” She wondered if she was really on that level of bitachon, but then she remembered that she heard on A life with Bitachon, ‘faking it is making it.’ Just say, “I have bitachon! All the kids will be running to me.” After thinking all these positive thoughts of bitachon that Hashem is a Kol Yachol and He can do everything and anything, all of a sudden the phone rang. On the line was a day care. They said that officially they were supposed to go all the way until erev pesach, but they don’t want to go all the way until erev pesach. They want to stop much before that. So they were asking if she’d be interested in taking all the kids. She couldn’t believe it! That’s exactly what she wanted. And in no time, she got with one phone call, a full day camp with the best service, better than ever! Read more: Daily Bitachon #1825

This story was called in by Mrs. Neuman. She said she was making a bar mitzvah for her son Yitzchak. They were looking to book a hall and found one for a couple hundred dollars. After they booked it, her son said, “Mommy! This hall is too small. They aren’t going to have enough dancing room for everyone. I’d rather have something more on the newer side, with more spacious, more dancing room.” She turned to her son Yitzchak and said, “The hall that you’re looking for is going to be very expensive. It’s going to be double or triple the price, but Hashem is a Kol Yachol. He can do everything and anything. We’ll leave it up to Hashem. How Hashem is going to arrange it isn’t our business. ‘Hashem – we’re going to throw it all on You. We want a new and spacious hall. Roomy with a nice dancing floor.’” As it was coming closer to the bar mitzvah, they got a phone call from an organization saying, “Did you book a hall for your son’s bar mitzvah on such and such a date and this and this place?” They responded, “Yes, why do you ask?” The organization told them, “We need to make an event in that exact location and time, and therefore we are asking you to book another hall, any hall, and we will pay the difference no matter how much it costs. You pick the hall and we’ll pay the price.” The family asked, “Are you serious?” The organization said, “Absolutely.” With that, Mrs. Neuman found a brand new, spacious, beautiful hall, and they got it without having to spend one extra penny, with the best service, better than ever! This story was called in by very chashuva youngerman named Tzvi Kahn. He said over that he was talking to with his friend and explaining how bitachon works. That Hashem loves you and He wants to give whatever will make you happy. You can rely on Hashem for whatever you like, for whatever you could imagine. His friend responded, “Are you serious? Just because you want something Hashem is ready to change the whole world just for you? There’s no rule, no exception, you get whatever you want?” Tzvi Kahn responded, ” Yes! That’s how it works.” So his friend responded, “Well right now, its cloudy, it’s rainy. I want you to make it sunny for me. If that’s how bitachon works that Hashem will change everything and anything for you, let me see it happen.” Tzvi said “Sure. Let me first take out my camera and take pictures of the sky. You’ll see! Look at the sky before I have bitachon, it’s cloudy and dark. Now let me be mechazek in bitachon. Hashem, You’re a Kol Yachol! Hashem, You love me. Hashem You want to give me whatever I like, whatever will make me happy. Well, right now, the sun shining forth would make me so happy. It will lighten and brighten my day.” Then all of a sudden, after a few minutes of being mischazek in bitachon and reminding himself how Hashem is a Kol Yachol, he told his friend to look up into the sky. The clouds started to disappear and the sun started shining brightly. His friend looked in amazement. They took pictures before and after the bitachon! Read more: Daily Bitachon #1819

Daily Bitachon #1817

This story was called in by Mrs. Walter. She was having a lot of company for Shabbos. She called the fish store to see if she could order a fish for all her guests. The store apologized but said they were out of fish. It was erev shabbos, and she was trying to figure out what to do, because she really wanted to serve fish. She knew how they would all enjoy it, but the fish man said there were no more fish. Then she said, “One minute, just because the fish man doesn’t have any more fish doesn’t mean a thing. Hakadosh Baruch Hu is a Kol Yachol. He can do anything and everything. So for Him, there’s no shortage.” While she was being michazek with emunah and bitachon, she heard a knock on her door. It was a person from a tzedaka organization that had hakaras hatov to this lady’s husband, who gave a lot of tzedaka to this organization. He brought them a fish platter! Not only did it have enough fish for her whole shabbos company, but it had so much fish and different types of fish, and it was set up royally, that it was better than she could have done herself! This story was called in by Mrs. Rotenstein. She was upstairs in her house and feeling very shvach and under the weather. She was thinking to herself what would give her some energy and koach? She wished she could have some freshly squeezed apples. She had the apples and a machine to turn the apples into apple juice, but she didn’t have the energy to make it or take care of herself. So she said, “Hashem, I don’t have the koach to do it, but You’re a Kol Yachol. You can take care of it and handle it. I don’t have to worry about eitzos or solutions.” Then she came down the stairs of her house, and one of her kids said, “Mommy! Can I ask you permission if I can make a little mess in the kitchen?” She didn’t know what her child was up to, but she said, “Yes, as long as you make sure to clean up afterwards.” He agreed and thanked her, but she was still wondering, what he was up to? She started looking into the kitchen and saw him taking out all the fresh apples and the machine and turning it all into delicious apple juice. Right after that, he comes back to his mother and says, “Mommy, I have a present for you!” And in no time, she got exactly what she wanted, with the best service, better than ever! This story was called in by a very chashuva yungerman named Levi Goldwasser. He said he was driving his car near his house, and it broke down. He decided to call up his mechanic to tell him what happened. The mechanic said, “The problem with your car is that the alternator is broken. The alternator is what charges the car, it’s what causes the car to start. So if you want to get your car starting, you’ll need a new alternator.” Levi thanked his mechanic, but he wondered how he was going to get his car to the mechanic if the charger wasn’t working. How can his car get charged enough to start without a working alternator? Then he stopped himself and said, “Who makes the car work? Do I think it’s the alternator? It’s my loving caring father, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam! And with that, I’m going to be mechazek and start singing HaKol Yachol!” After he finished singing, he tried to start the car, and this time, it started working. He drove all the way to the mechanic, and when he was just inside the entrance of the mechanic, the car died on the spot! This story was called in from Yerushalayim by a chashuva youngerman named Mendel Goldstein. Mrs. Goldstein was cleaning out the cabinets in the kitchen and came across a blender that had never worked properly. It seemed like it had been broken from the day they got it. She turned to her husband and said, “I think its time to throw it in the garbage. It’s just taking up space. We never used it because it never worked properly.” Mendel said, “Wait one second, let’s try one more time. But this time, we’re going to go with Hakol Yachol, emunah and bitachon. There’s no such thing as a broken blender. For Hashem, there’s no difference, it’s all the same.” And with that, he said, “Plug it in one more time. Hashem, You’re the Kol Yachol. You can do everything and anything.” So they plugged it in, and this time it started working, better than ever! Read more:Daily Bitachon #1814

Daily Bitachon #1812

This story was called in from Mrs. Schwartz. Her baby was due for an annual doctor’s check up. The way it works with the practice she uses, is there are many doctors that work under one main doctor. In the past, when she made an appointment to see the main doctor, she had to wait a couple of hours. So, if you want quicker and faster service, you have to make an appointment with the other doctors who work under the main one. However, since she hasn’t seen the main doctor in a long time, she wanted an appointment with the main doctor. The problem was, she didn’t have the time to waste hours in the waiting room. So what should she do? She thought, “Wait – I have pull! I believe Hashem is the Kol Yachol. He can do everything and anything! He can get me in 1 2 3, and get me out 1 2 3. So with emunah and bitachon you get VIP service”. And with that, she made an appointment with the main doctor. As she was driving, she was being mischazek that Hashem is a kol yachol and they can take her in, 1 2 3. But as she got closer she saw the parking lot was full with 80 cars. That got her nervous that she would have to be there for a couple of hours. But she stopped and said, “One second, that’s if you go with tevah/nature, but I’m going to go with emunah and bitachon. It’s got different laws, a different shulchan aruch.” And with that, she arrived at the doctor’s office. She signed her name and within three minutes, they called her in! They said, ” Schwartz come right in, the doctor will see you in a minute.” She thought, wow, look what can be accomplished with bitachon. Yet, as she waited for the doctor, she noticed the doctor wasn’t coming as quickly as they told her he would. That made her think, “Hashem wants more bitachon from me now.” So she decided to call “A Life With Bitachon” hotline for more chizuk. Within 60 seconds of her listening, the doctor came in, checked out her baby from top to bottom. He said “Your baby is in perfect shape, you’re good to go.” In record breaking timing, she was in and out 1 2 3, with the best service, better than ever! Read more: Daily Bitachon #1813

Daily Bitachon #1811

This story was called in by Mrs. Weinstock. She said her son developed a very big pimple on his foot and it became very difficult to walk on, so they went to a podiatrist to see what can be done. The doctor said only a procedure could fix the boy’s issue because it would not come off on its own. So they scheduled a time for the procedure and went ahead with it. However, it wasn’t long until it grew back again. They called up the podiatrist and told them they had to schedule another procedure to remove it again. But Menachem Tzvi told his mother that it was very painful having the whole procedure last time. He said, “I don’t want to do this again. Why can’t it come off on its own?” So his mother called the podiatrist back and he said, “I’m sorry, but I’ve been in this field for many years, and it’s not going to come off on its own. It’s going to need a procedure. If it’s too painful, I have a cream to make it softer but I’m very sorry, those are the only options.” Mrs. Weintstock thanked the doctor and asked which creams to take and got the recommendations. Then she turned to her son and said, “You know what, the doctor said you’ll need another procedure, but we’re going to go to your real doctor, your loving caring Father Hakadosh Baruch Hu. He’s the Kol Yachol, he can do anything. Hakadosh Baruch Hu can do it painlessly and naturally. So when I put on this cream, the doctor it’ll only soften it up. That’s if you go with tevah/nature, but we’re going to go with emunah and bitachon. It’s got different laws, a different shulchan aruch. They put the cream on and in no time at all, it fell off on its own. Now, he’s perfectly better, perfectly fine and the pimple vanished into thin air. Read more: Daily Bitachon #1812

This story was called in from Eretz Yisroel a chashuva youngerman named Moshe Weinberger. A few months ago he had a newborn baby. He needed to get a passport for this baby so he could bring his whole family to America for Pesach. People told him, “it’s very late in the game. To get an appointment could take you 6-8 weeks. And finally when you bring in all your documents, they will tell you that you have a problem with this document and that document. And you’ll have to come again. Even then it’ll take so long for the passport to arrive. So don’t get your hopes up too high.” “Well,” he said, “I have to do my part and my hishtadlus.” And with that, he scheduled his appointment. When the day of his appointment came, he brought all his paperwork and they started going through it one by one. They looked at him and said, “I’m sorry to say, but one of these documents is insufficient for us to issue a passport. So you’ll have to reschedule and come back again, then when you have everything we need, we can issue you the passport.” He thanked them and went to the side and spoke to Hashem and said, “Who is in charge of issuing me a passport? You think it’s them? They’re powerless creatures. I know it’s You Hakadosh Baruch Hu. You’re the Kol Yachol, You can do everything and anything. And with that, I’m leaving it to You Hashem. You and only You!” As he was thinking “You and only You!,” they called him over again and said, “You want us to issue a passport for your baby? Sure, no problem! We’ll be so happy to help you.” And just like that, it’s 3 weeks later from the appointment and his passport just arrived in the mail with the best service, better than ever!

Yehuda* Rappaport, a 16-year-old bachur, had a severe case of eczema since he was six years old. He kept trying every single last hishtadlus but nothing seemed to be working. He kept hitting a brick wall. No matter what creams and hishtadlus he tried for the past 10 years, nothing worked. Recently, he heard a story on a Life with Bitachon that someone who got a very big rash all over saw no solutions after going from doctor to doctor. This was until he said, “Why am I going to ask these fisher-price doctors when I could go to the best doctor, who is my loving Father, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, who can do anything.” And almost overnight, the rash just disappeared. This story inspired him to say, “Enough is enough with my hishtadlus, I’m not putting on cream anymore. It’s not like the cream is doing anything, it’s my loving caring Father Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. Hashem’s the Kol Yachol, and just like Hashem brought the eczema, Hashem can make it disappear.” He said, “I don’t believe in eczema, I only believe in Hashem, my loving caring Father.” The next day, he woke up, and his eczema was less than usual, and the next day significantly less and so on until the eczema was gone! Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline.  This story was called in from Tzfas by Mrs. Tangi. She woke up bright and earlier to be by a meeting that she had at 8:30 sharp. She got to the bus stop in time and boarded the bus, but as it was pulling away she noticed that the bus was going in the wrong direction! It was already 8:17. She looked out the window and saw the bus she needed to take just pass by. She thought to herself, to get off this bus and get on the right bus would take another twenty minutes. Then she thought, “Who is in charge of getting me places, the bus company? Its Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam! Hashem is a Kol Yachol, He can do everything and anything. I’m just going to get off this bus, wait by the bus stop, and realize that Hashem can do everything and anything.” So she got off the bus, and within a minute, someone stopped their car and rolled down the window and asked, “Do you need a ride somewhere?” Mrs. Tangi asked, “Are you serious? I need to go to such and such a place, and I need to be there at 8:30!” The person said, “It would be my greatest pleasure! I’ll take you door-to-door, free of charge! Now I realize why I took this route, which I usually never do, so I could take you to where you need to go!” In no time, she got the best service, better than ever! Read more: Daily Bitachon #1809
