Daily Bitachon # 1607

This story has been called in by a very Choshuve Talmid by the name of Yisroel Nusbaum. He said he booked tickets to fly out of town. Shortly afterwards, he realized that it wouldn’t work out, and he wanted to cancel the tickets. He called up for a refund. They said, “Sorry, nothing doing. Once you order the tickets and you paid for it, we can’t refund you. There’s nothing we can do to help you.” He said, “Thank you so much.” He put down the phone and he said, “Did you hear what they said? That there’s nothing they could do to help me. I don’t need them to help me. You know who I have to help me? My loving, caring Father, the Ribbono shel Olam – that’s all I need. I don’t need anyone else to help me. All I need is Hashem. I’m just going to throw it up to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribbono Shel Olam.” Shortly afterwards he got a phone call. “We would like to refund all the tickets that you bought that you scheduled to fly overseas.” He said, “What? I thought you told me that they’re not refundable.” “Well, right now, the flight that you booked on just got canceled. Because it’s our problem and not yours, we’ll be refunding you all the money.” In no time, he got every last penny back! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’.
