Es Ochl’am B’ito

One day, Rabbi Golomeck didn’t eat lunch, and he was a little hungry. His daughter Esther, who’s in first grade, came home from school at about 3:30 and went to get an orange. She peeled it, separated the pieces, and gave it to Rabbi Golombeck. “Here, Tatty, enjoy it!”  He said, “Who told you to do this?” She said, “I just thought about it on my own!”
