What they specialize in, is with helping families with their difficult situations. They help your children do Mitzvos, put on Tzitzes, Daven, wash netilas yadayim; they do whatever they can to make you feel good. They dress up your child like he is a prominent person. They tell stories of hope, where the doctors gave up, and the patient had a full recovery. They give you chizuk in Emunah and Bitachon; the works!
