Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline.  This story was called in all the way from Eretz Yisrael by my very chashuv talmid by the name of Simcha Elefant. He was trying to make a passport for his baby so they could fly home during Pesach bein hazemanim. When he called up the passport ofoce and asked them when he could make an appointment, they said that there was nothing available before six months! They said that six months was the earliest appointment they could give him. He was thinking to himself, “Six months? That’s already after bein hazemanim! It’s not nogeiah. I need it much earlier!” They said, “Sorry, there is nothing we can do for you. The lines are out the door. We’re booked solid for six months! Nothing to talk about.” With that, he hung up the phone and he said, “Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. They said that there’s nothing to talk about; they can’t help me. I don’t NEED them to help me! I need YOU, the Kol Yachol, who can do everything and anything.” With that, he said, “This time, I’m going to call thinking that I’m speaking to the Ribono Shel Olam.” He called again and he said, “I need to make a passport for my child. When is the earliest appointment you can give me?” They said, “Oh! We can give you one in two weeks, would you like that?” He said, “Sure! Daily Bitachon #1753

Daily Bitachon stories from the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline.  This story was called in by Mrs. Blumenfrucht. Mrs. Blumenfrucht said over that her husband’s phone has been broken already for the past few months. Whenever he got around to it, he would take it apart and try fixing it. He would compare it to other phones to see what needed to be fixed and what was broken. He tried unscrewing here and unscrewing there, but to no avail. Whatever he tried didn’t seem to work. This was going on already for a few months; his phone was simply broken. Whatever he tried, there just wasn’t life to his phone. After a few months of trying, he turned to his wife and said, “I am handing over the phone. You go with Hakol Yachol. Say Hakadosh Baruch Hu could do everything and anything. See what you could do with your Bitachon that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is the one that fixes phones.” She took the phone and put it into the charger and said, “Hashem. You’re the one charging the phone. You’re the one making the phone work. I’m leaving it up to you and only you.” All of a sudden, the phone came to life! It started working, as if there were no issues or problems! In no time, it was working better than ever! Read more: Daily Bitachon #1754
