Tzvi Tesser, a very choshuve yungerman, said over that he was on his way home after first seder, and he called up his wife to ask how she was feeling. She said that she was feeling a little bit under the weather. He told her to make sure to take a nap. She said, “How can I do that? I have to cook supper for the family.” He replied, “Your job is to take care of yourself. Hakadosh Baruch Hu will take care of the family. The same Hashem that provided us with food up until now, will be the same Hashem that will provide us supper. From where, from when, from how? I don’t have to figure out the calculations. I just have to leave it up to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. He’s Hakol Yachol; He can do everything and anything!” A few minutes later, his wife called him back and said, “You won’t believe what just happened! Right when I hung up the phone after we spoke, all of a sudden a family member called me and said that they would like to sponsor supper for our family tonight! They said, “Here is my credit card, order from wherever you like!” Just like that, they got a free supper delivered to his door, with the best service, better than ever! On top of that, right afterwards, his Rosh Chaburah said “Oh! I forgot to give you something for Chanukah! I would like to give you a gift card to any restaurant that you would like, and you could treat your family out for a free supper!” In no time, because of his Bitachon, not only did he get one free supper, he got TWO!” As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. R’ Lax said over that his Rebetzin told him that she had worked very hard that week, and she really wanted a break from cooking and baking for Shabbos. She asked him if he had any ideas for her. He said, “Of course! I have the best idea! I’m going to go with Bitachon that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is Hakol Yachol and He can do everything and anything. He can send Shabbos right to our door!” She said, “Are you serious? Where’s everything going to fly in from?” He said, “Very simple! From Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam! We don’t have of figure out eitzos, we just have to leave it all up to Hashem!” Normally, every Wednesday night his wife would go shopping for Shabbos. This week on Wednesday night, he told his wife, “Do not go shopping for Shabbos! We’re not buying anything for Shabbos! We are going with Bitachon that Hakadosh Baruch Hu is going to send Shabbos to our door, with door to door service.” The next day, the phone rang. Mrs. Lax’s friend was calling, and she said that she needs a favor. She said, “I’m making a party in my house tonight, and I really want you to come. I know Thursday night is a very hectic time. Mrs. Goldblatt said over that she had a teaching job every morning from 9-2. The issue and problem was that by the time she sent her kids off to school, there wasn’t enough time left to arrive at her job on time. There was always a lot of trafoc. She saw that it was impossible to ever make it there on time. She didn’t know what to do. She did not like coming late every morning. She was thinking of speaking to the school, to see if they could help her out, because it was very stressful for her to rush to work in order to be there at 9. Then she said, “One second. Why do I have to speak to the school? Let me speak to Hakadosh Baruch Hu. Let me speak to the Ribono Shel Olam, and say, “Hashem, You’re Hakol Yachol. It is very stressful for me to have to come to work at 9:00. You could arrange it that everything will become smooth and easy with menuchas hanefesh and simchas hachayim!” Later on that day, she got a phone call from the school. They said they wanted to ask her for the biggest favor. She said, “What is it?” They said, “One of our important teachers that used to teach from 2-4 every day just left. We need someone to take over. We’ll accommodate you; we’ll do whatever it takes to make you happy. Do you think you’d be able to work between 2-4? It would be less hours and more money.” She said, “Are you serious? That’s perfect timing! Everything will be amazing! I’ll be able to get work calmly, with menuchas hanefesh!” In no time, she got her dream job, with all the ma’alos, and everything worked out better than ever!! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’. Avrumi Goldring, a very choshuve yungerman, said over that his wife wanted to do a couple of loads of laundry. She went down to the laundry room in her apartment building, and someone told her, “Sorry! We just tried doing a load, but the slot where you put the quarters in is all jammed. It’s not working. We tried every thing. When this happened the last time, we had to call the management, and that’s what we’re doing now!” She looked and she saw that there was nothing to do. She called her husband down to see if he could try. He pushed this way, that way; in and out; back and forth. He said, ”There’s nothing to do. It’s stuck! I’m not getting anywhere; there’s no point in trying anymore!” Then his wife said, “One second. If we can’t do it, so let’s just say, “Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam, You’re the Kol Yachol! You can do everything and anything! Let’s be mechazek!” He started singing, “Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol, Hakol Yachol…” Then he said, “Let me try one more time!” With that, the quarters just slid through one, two, three, and the washing machine started working! R’ Greenberg said over that money was becoming very tight. He made a cheshbon that in order for him to cover his budget and all his bills and expenses, he needed an extra $10,000. He said to his wife, “Can you please do me a favor? Can you please explain to your boss tomorrow at work that you need a raise of $10,000?” He advised her how she should approach and ask her boss for this raise. The next day, when she came home, he asked her, “How did it work out? Were you able to ask your boss for a $10,000 raise?” She replied, “I’ll tell you the truth. When I came into his office to ask him for the raise, I started to feel uncomfortable telling him an amount. Therefore, I decided that I’m just going to leave it up to him. He said he’s going to think about it, and he came back to me saying that he is able to give me an $8,000 raise.” R’ Greenberg told his wife, “Don’t worry! You think I need a Fisher Price, play dough, clay dough boss to decide how much of a raise he’s going to give you? I believe our money comes from Hakadosh Baruch Hu, the Ribono Shel Olam. Because we need an extra $10,000, Hakadosh Baruch Hu will send it to us. But now that we realize it’s not your fisher price boss giving us the money, it’s Hashem, then Hakadosh Baruch Hu could give us a lot MORE than $10,000!! Let’s just go with Hakol Yachol, that Hashem is in charge of our parnassah.” The next day she came home from work and she said. “The boss called me into his office. I started to wonder why he was calling me in again! Uh-oh! What’s this all about? My boss told me that he rethought it, and he decided that he wants to give me a lot more than $8,000. He’s going to give me a $12,000 raise!” In no time, not only did they get their $10,000, they got a lot more than they even thought he would give! As heard on ‘A Life With Bitachon’.
