This story was called in by Mrs. Gold. Mrs. Gold said that she needed to make a doctor’s appointment for two of her children. She called the doctor’s office and asked if they had any appointments for that day. They said, “If you want, we can give you only one appointment.” She said, “I really need for both of my children.” They said, “If you want you can bring in one child today, and one child tomorrow, but there’s no way we can squeeze them both in today. It’s simply not shayach.” Mrs. Gold thought to herself, “I don’t really want to go on two different days. I want them to be at the same time! Isn’t that much easier? Who is in charge if they can take both of my children at the same time, or on two different days? I’m going to be mechazek that Hashem is Hakol Yachol, He can do anything. He can make it work out!” As she was speaking to the secretary, she said that they just got a phone call right now that someone canceled; right around the same time as the appointment for your child! The secretary said to Mrs. Gold, “If you want you can take that appointment as well, and you can have back-to-back appointments!” In no time, they had the best service!
