Bitachon stories inspired by the “A Life with Bitachon” hotline.

At the shiva for my grandmother, there was a 90-year-old lady crying because she was a neighbor and she felt so at-home at that house. She would just walk in and take a pickle when she felt like it. Another story was that his grandfather wanted to learn in Eretz Yisroel so that he could shteig more. At that time, about 50 years ago, it wasn’t so in style to go learn in Eretz Yisroel. People were very upset at him and were telling him that he needed to make a parnassah. He said, “Money doesn’t keep me alive. It’s Hashem. I’m going to Eretz Yisroel to make Hashem happy.”
