Mrs. Baum from Eretz Yisrael came to America with her child because her child needed an operation. Baruch Hashem, the procedure was very successful, but the doctor said that they needed a follow- up visit two weeks later. This was a problem, because they had a family of kids that they had left behind in Eretz Yisrael, and they couldn’t wait around for two weeks! They told the doctor, but he said he could not do it earlier than two weeks. Mrs. Baum told her husband that she was booking a flight home Wednesday morning and having Bitachon that Hashem would work it out. Wednesday morning, she got a phone call from the doctor who told her that he was coming into the office early and she could come at 8:00 in the morning! He would see them first, one, two, three. Baruch Hashem everything worked out perfectly and she made her flight!
