R’ Bleich, a yungerman, could not afford to buy chicken for his family. An organization sent him two boxes of chicken each month, which was just enough for Shabbos, so his family was not able to eat fleishigs during the week. One day, his wife said that she and the kids really want fleishigs for supper. R’ Bleich said, “Who gives us chicken? It’s Hashem! We have to remember that Hashem will give it to us.” They said, “Let’s serve chicken tonight for supper, and we’ll have bitachon that we’ll have chicken for Shabbos. That week, Tomchei shabbos gave them three boxes of chicken!!
