R’ Simcha, a yungerman from Lakewood, New Jersey, waited for five years for children. Finally, his wife was expecting twins. The doctor told them that both babies have spinal bifida and that they would be autistic. Then the doctor said that it seemed that one of the babies wouldn’t even make it through birth. R’ Simcha went to get brachos from tzaddikim and had Emunah that Hashem runs the world. Baruch Hashem the just had twins and they were both born healthy with no issues whatsoever! Thank You Hashem!
