R’ Yisrael had fungus for a very long time. He tried everything, but it was not going away. It was getting worse and spreading. He said to himself, “There is no teva, there is no fungus, it’s an illusion, it’s all Hashem!” The next morning, half of the fungus was gone! He kept on chazering to himself that there’s no nature, and the fungus disappeared!
