R’ Moshe Wienberger, from Yerushalayim Ir Hakodesh, reported that the contract for his lease on his apartment was up, and it was time to renew it. Most landlords go up in rent when renewing a contract, but he and his wife were michazeik in bitachon in Hashem that their landlord was not going to go up in rent. They were already thanking Hashem as if it already happened. Every day, his wife was davening for it. Baruch Hashem, they just spoke to the landlord, and he said that he was not raising the rent!
