R’ Dovid suffered from anxiety for many years. He listens to ‘A Life with Bitachon,’ and he tells himself “There’s no such thing as anxiety – it’s all Hashem. Hashem is in charge of my emotions.” He told himself other positive messages that anxiety is good, and “Hamachadesh B’Tuvo B’chol Yom Tamid” – Hakadosh Baruch Hu renews everything every day. Just because I had anxiety yesterday, doesn’t mean I’ll have it today.” He now reports that his anxiety disappeared! He feels calm and relaxed.
