Mrs. Hershkowitz* is part of a Chassidus that has a fund that when someone’s son becomes a chosson, they give money to help purchase things for the Chasuna. Her son became a chosson, Baruch HaShem, but they told her that the fund was depleted and there was no money. She said, “Well guess what? It’s fine, because we weren’t relying on you, we’re relying on Hashem and Hashem will come through.” A week before the chasunah, someone came over to them and gave them coupons to all the stores that a chosson needs to go to.
