R’ David Kruzer* from Lakewood is on a gluten-free diet, which can be quite costly. So, after Pesach, someone gave him a massive order of cookies, crackers, etc. that he wouldn’t be able to sell anymore- for free. He just ran out this week. A once very wealthy, prominent Jewish man came to his Rav, reporting that he didn’t even have enough money to make shabbos. His Rav told him to give him 24 hours. A Talmid of Rav Zevy Golombeck, Moshe Shimonoff*, consulted him regarding whether he should continue working in a particular practice, considering there were spiritual challenges. R’ Golombeck advised him to quit cold turkey. With a bracha from Rav Golombeck that he would find a much better job, Moshe followed suite and left his practice, despite having a family to support. Later that week, Moshe reported to R’ Golombeck that he landed a new job, earning $50,000 more. During his daily commute, R’ Velvel Zacks* found that there was a specific spot that when he ever passed by it, he would lose reception; if he were to be listening to a shiur or talking on the phone, the phone would cut out for a few minutes. So he said, “Who made it that there shouldn’t be a reception? R’ Yosef Moshe Mizrachi stands in front of Satmar Shul and other Shuls, and hands out the Sefer “Bishvili Nivra HaOlam”, a Sefer designed to help people grow in self-esteem. Seeing how much the Sefer has impacted him and improved his self-esteem and his love for Klal Yisrael gives R’ Yosef Moshe Mizrachi the energy to approach unfamiliar people and offer them the sefer, even though he is by nature more introverted, and to go around and to raise the fund for his momentous undertaking. Rav Golombeck’s Emunah Level Soars!

Rabbi Golombeck arrived at the bank with only two minutes to make a transaction, and he saw that it would only work out if he was next one in line. When he arrived, he was the next one in line, but then a fellow Jew came and he said he had to go out of town and was in a rush. He asked if he could go in front of him. Rabbi Golombeck agreed and he had to leave the bank without getting the transaction done. Rabbi Golombeck told himself, “It’s not because that man had to go out of town that I wasn’t able to do the transaction; Hashem didn’t want me to do the transaction, so on the way He gave me the opportunity to do chesed!” Rabbi Golombeck was amazed how he is growing in Emunah and Bitachon by leaps and bounds!

A Rosh Kollel from Yerushalayim, R’ Dov Heptner, was walking from his house to Kollel. As he was on his way, a fellow Jew stopped to offer him a ride. Then he took it to the next level: He said, “I want to get you lunch. Here’s 50 shekel”. A friend of Mrs. Vogel* needed money, so she accepted on herself to raise $1600 a month on her behalf. Someone explained to her that you call 16 people, and they each give $100. So she got to work and called the first person on her list, who answered, “What would you like?” So, she explained that she was collecting $1600 a month on someone’s behalf. So she replied, ” I’m in a rush; I’ll give you $1600 for this month, and call me again in a month for next month’s $1600″. She called planning to ask for $100, and her friend gave the whole $1600!
