This story has been called in by a very chashuv Yid by the name of R’ Yoini Sarf. He said that it was Friday and his son came home from Cheder, and he wasn’t feeling well. He really wanted to take him to his doctor before Shabbos to make sure he was okay. He called the doctors office and they told him ,”Sorry, but we are booked solid.” He hung up the phone thinking to himself. What should I do? I really want to go to the doctor before Shabbos but they’re booked solid! Then he stopped and said, “One second. I follow the yesodos of a Life with Bitachon, I chop and realize. You think it’s up to the receptionist, up to the doctor, to see if there are appointments available? It’s Hashem who takes care of me. Therefore, I’m just going to believe that Hashem is Hakol Yachol, He’s going to work everything out; I’m just going to leave it up to Hashem!!” It didn’t take too much longer…the receptionist called him back and said, “You called before for an appointment and I told you there are no appointments. Well, you should just know that an appointment just became available! Do you want to come now?” He said, “Sure, of course!
