This story was called in by Yitzchok Aaron Sternfeld who brought his car to the mechanic. A short time later, the mechanic called him up. “Your car is ready; you can come pick it up.” “How am I going to pick it up?” he thought. “I don’t have an extra car for someone to bring me there, and I don’t want to take anyone out of their way by asking for a ride. I think I’ll just start walking regular without even looking to see if I can get a hitch, while saying to Hashem, ‘You’re a Kol Yachol. You can do anything and everything. You’re the One in charge of rides. You can have someone call out to me asking if I need a ride so I know I’m not inconveniencing them.’” He started walking, and suddenly a car pulled over. The driver lowered his window and asked, “Do you need a ride?” “Yes, I’m trying to get to the mechanic.” “That’s exactly where I’m going,” the driver said. “Come in! I’ll give you door-to-door service!”
