A Yid used to work for a boss who would always criticize him. He felt that his boss didn’t appreciate him. He decided that he was going quit his job, start the same business and run it very differently. He would hire employees, and he would build them up and compliment them and show them how much they meant to him and the business. He asked a Rav. The Rav gave him the go ahead and that’s exactly what he did. Now, Baruch Hashem his business is very successful, and he has very happy workers!
