Last week, a man called up Rabbi Golombeck with a question. He wanted to spend money for for Shalom Bayis purposes, but it was hard for them to spend the money. Rabbi Golombeck told him that the Chafetz Chaim says that you will end up getting back double when you spend money for mitzvah purposes; and that he should report to him when he gets the money back.
A week later, he called Rabbi Golombeck back to tell him that not only did he get back double, but that he got his money quadrupled! He just made a business deal, and he never made such a big deal in his life! He got back four times the amount that he spent! Such clear Hashgacha Pratis!
