A Life with Bitachon- A Life of Calmness and Salvations

R’ Dovi Fleishman,* from Eretz Yisrael, gave his daughter, the number to ‘A Life with Bitachon’. She started listening and growing and Shteiging by leaps and bounds. One day, as she was getting ready to take a bus to work she realized that she would have to rush to make it. She heard on ‘A Life with Bitachon’ that Hashem never wants a person to rush and lose their Menuchas Hanefesh and Simchas Hachaim. So she decided she’s going to walk calmly, and yes she missed the bus by a couple of minutes. When she was at the bus stop she started thinking, ‘Uh oh, I’m going to have to wait another fifteen… But in truth, one never loses out by doing the right thing..’ Right then, someone on the way to her work, drove by. She rolled down the window and said “Oh, you’re going to work? Come in the car with me.” She ended up getting to work quicker than had she taken the bus! Read more: Bitachon #181

When Mrs. Gold* would drive to work, she would get stuck at a certain traffic light. Whenever she got there, it was red for a few minutes. Then she heard a Yesod on the Bitachon Hotline. Someone who whenever he got to a traffic light instead of thinking that it’s natural for it to turn green, he would say, “I need Hashem to make it turn green.” Someone else who was listening to him started laughing, “What do you mean, you need Hashem to turn it to green? It goes by itself.” The next day, that person was by a light and after it turned green, he was stuck behind a truck for a couple minutes, he couldn’t go! The traffic light was going from green to red. Back to green and then red and he couldn’t go! He saw clearly that yes we need Hashem for everything. So this Mrs. Gold said, “Oh, I don’t have to wait for a few minutes. Bitachon Chulent

It was Leil Shabbos and Mrs. Langer* noticed that the cholent was going to get burned. She didn’t have any hot water from the tea kettle to pour in. How was she going to make her cholent more watery if she could not pour in water on shabbos? She said to herself, “I know! I heard on ‘A Life with Bitachon‘ about a boy who went somewhere for Shabbos. He told the host that it looks like the cholent would get burnt. The host said, “We believe that Hashem is the Kol Yachul. We can’t pour in water, but it doesn’t mean that Hashem doesn’t know how to do it.” The next day, the boy said, the cholent was watery! The Ribbono Shel Olam is a Kol Yachol, and He gave us a Yeshuah!

Hi, I want to share a story that happened to me this past summer when I was in Eretz Yisroel with my siblings. Baruch Hashem we were able to go to Meron for a few days. Meron is on a very tall, big hill. We had a few heavy suitcases and we couldn’t travel up. We tried hitching for a half an hour and then tried to get a taxi, but it was very expensive. We strengthened ourselves in emunah and bitachon. We said that be’ezras Hashem, when the Ribbono Shel Olam sends a yeshua we will call the Spring Hill Times. Baruch Hashem, eventually a man pulled up and he had the exact amount of seats we needed. The trunk had the exact amount of space we needed for our suitcases. He brought us to where we needed to go. Bitachon – The Best GPS

I was taking my son to a doctor in a different town. I wasn’t 100 percent sure of the directions, and my GPS wasn’t connecting for some reason. We decided to start going and eventually we would figure it out. As we approached the exit where I wasn’t sure, I checked the GPS, but it was still stuck, saying no satellite reception. I said, “Hashem, You are the Kol Yachol. It’s not the GPS it’s You. Please do us a favor and get us there safely.” Practically as soon as I said the words, the GPS said, “Bear left to exit…” It continued to work the entire way until we got there. We thanked Hashem profusely for allowing us to get there and for answering our tefillos. Read more: Bitachon #167
