Bitachon Opens Doors
Reb Shmuel from Boston went to a basement shteibel. He got there, and he saw that he was the first one; the lights were closed, and the door was locked. He knew the combination, but when he tried, it did not work. He tried it again, but it still did not work. He tried it a few times, and it didn’t work. He turned to Hashem and said, “I believe that you can open the door for me.” He started trying again, and he felt the doorknob turning from the other side. It was the Rebbetzin of the shul. She had been davening and she wasn’t able to open it the first few times he tried. Right then she had finished and she opened the door for him!
