“have the tie off my neck!”

When Avi* met R’ Golombeck on Shabbos, he shared with him a heartwarming story that brings out how much love and concern that jewish people have for each other. When Yaakov arrived at his host’s house for Shabbos without his tie, he explained that he didn’t have a chance to pick it up from the cleaners. So, without hesitation, his host took off his own tie and gave it to Yaakov.
