Hashem loves His children

Brand New Bitachon Couch

Mrs. Orenstein* was in a predicament; they needed a new couch for her living room, but money was tight. In conversation with her friend, she told her how she needed a sofa with two recliners on the side, with a specific color and shape. So her friend told her, ” Say to Hashem, You love me, I’m Your child, You can help me.” The next day, Mrs. Orenstein’s daughter came home from school, and she told her that when she was speaking to her friend, her friend asked her if she knew anyone that needed a new couch; her family was getting a new sofa, and they wanted to give away their present one, in perfect condition, condition, and they would deliver it as well. The couch her daughter described was the exact couch she needed, and she got it delivered to her house with free door-to-door service![R’ Zevy Golombeck] Read more: Bitachon #31

R’ Yechezkel Golombeck Z’tL- A Life Full of Chesed

This week was the Yahrzeit of R’ Yechezkel Golombeck Z’tL, Lahvdil bein Chaim L’Chaim R’ Zevy’s Golombeck’s brother. One day, R’ Yechezkel was at the pharmacy to purchase medicine for one of his children. While waiting in the checkout line, he noticed an Avraich ahead of him who was picking up a prescription. The Avraich’s insurance was not covering the cost of the medicine, and he didn’t have money to pay. So, R’ Yechezkel quietly hinted to the pharmacist that he would pay for it. The pharmacist told the Avraich, “You’re good to go.” And with that, Avraich went on his way without even realizing what had happened! May his Neshama have a Alyiah. R’ Yechezkel Golombeck Z’tL- A Life Full of Chesed Part 1

R’ Yechezkel Golombeck Z’tL had a partnership in a suit business. Every time an Avraich would come in to buy a suit for their son, R’ Yechekel would find a reason to give him a discount, cost price, or even less. Once, an Avraich came in and told him that he was making a Bar Mitzvah and wanted to buy suits for his children. So R’ Yechezkel told him, “Oh, it’s such thing you came in today; everything is half price!” The Araich went out of the store saying, “It’s such Hashgacha that I came today!” It was Hashgacha; his brother was making him feel good without even telling him. These were stories that happened every day. He was constantly giving to Avraichim without them knowing. He saw every Avraich that came into the store to buy a suit for their son as an opportunity to make them feel good. May his Neshama have a Alyiah. As a building project manager for a Yeshiva, Benny* was overseeing the building of new dormitories for a Yeshiva to be finished by a specific time so that the Bochurim could move in.
