It was Erev Shavuos, and the Teitelbaum family from Eretz Yisrael realized that their air conditioner wasn’t working. The Teitelbaums were staying home for Shavuos, and they really needed air conditioning for their Simchas Yom Tov! R’ Teitelbaum called the repairman to fix it. The repairman told R’ Teitelbaum, “Hashem must love you! I am booked solid and it is Erev Yom Tov. Normally, there would be no chance I could help you. I really don’t have any extra time. Hashem arranged it that I just arrived at a house to make a repair, and nobody is answering the door. I’m right next to your house, just waiting here doing nothing, so I’ll just come to you first!” After he fixed their air conditioner, he went back to the job he was really supposed to be doing!   Read more: Hashem Catches Child

Hashem Catches Child

R’ Kahn* travels a lot, sometimes for seven hours straight, without getting out of the car! He said that what keeps him going mentally, emotionally, and physically with all the traveling is turning on Bitachon Hotline songs, and the words and niggunim go into his bones. They change him into a different metzius! Besides for making him upbeat and happy, he sees so much siyata d’shmaya and so much more bracha in his life. He gave an example. He said that he has two floors in his house. His 5-year-old kid was playing ball on the top of the stairs, and he tripped. He fell all the way down both flights of stairs, and the bottom is tiled. R’ Kahn “happened” to be standing right there, and his son fell headfirst into his lap! He caught him before he hit the floor! He took it as a lesson that Hashem is always there to catch us!   Read more: Flooded with Hashem’s Chessed

Hashem Works Out Everything

R’ Nosson*, a relative of Rabbi Golombeck, was planning to drive one Friday from Lakewood to upstate New York. Since he would be driving with an empty car, he first stopped by the hitching spot on Squankum Avenue, where people wait for rides. (Baruch Hashem, in Lakewood and many other places in the world, yidden stop and they give each other rides.) R’ Nosson arrived at the hitching spot at 12:00, but he did not see anybody who needed a ride. This was very unusual, and he felt a letdown; he wanted to be able to do chesed and give a ride so much, but there was no one waiting for a ride. But what should he do? Obviously, Hashem had different plans. He started driving upstate with his empty car. As he was driving on the highway, he saw a Yiddishe couple pulled over at the side of the road, holding a couple of kids. He stopped and asked, “Do you need help?” They said, “Yes, our car died. We’re going to upstate New York, and we need a ride.” He told them, “Are you serious? I’m going to upstate New York, and I have an empty car. Come with me.” It turned out that their family filled the whole car! If he would have given anyone else a ride, then he would not have had room for this family!   Read more:Everything Works Out to The Tee!
